Hotel 3 stelle a Yangshuo

We had a lovely stay at this amazing hotel. It’s a bit outside the ancient town, but we actually preferred it that way, especially since they offer electric scooters you can use to ride there yourself. This gives you a lot of freedom. We hiked through the valley and went to the starting point by scooter. You can also simply ride around and enjoy the amazing landscapes on the scooter. The room itself is lovely; the hotel is brand new and the view is absolutely stunning. If there hadn’t been a small road in front of the hotel, it would have been even more perfect. The staff (we believe it’s a family) run the hotel together, and that really sets it apart from other hotels in town. Breakfast is cooked with vegetables freshly picked from their garden, and you can also enjoy delicious homemade dinners here. With the help of a translation app, communication was smooth, and they also picked us up from and dropped us off at the train station. Overall, it’s a beautiful, clean, and modern hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere thanks to the people. Thanks again!

My family and I have been traveling China for a month. We've been to eight cities, stayed in eight different accommodations, and I can confidently say that this hotel in Yangshuo was our most memorable experience. The hotel is at a prime location, on a quaint and quiet road with unobstructed views of the Karst mountains, but also within walking distance of a huge variety of restaurants, cafes, etc. The most lively parts of West Street are approx a ten minute walk away. Transportation to and from the hotel was always convenient. Every time we hailed a Didi it would arrive in less than 2 minutes. The hotel also has a ton of cute vintage scooters to rent, although we didn't go with this option. There's a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and a washer/dryer combo machine, which was available 24/7 and super helpful for us. You can order a 20RMB set breakfast the night before for the next morning. We ended up eating breakfast at the hotel every single morning...it's a realy solid assortment of foods. My parents absolutely loved the rice noodles and I really enjoyed the soy milk and youtiao. The unit we stayed in had three beds + three bathrooms, which meant that each of us had had our own space which was greatly appreciated. This particular unit also features a private balcony with incredible views of the mountains. The whole unit was neat, clean, and comfortable and the cleaning staff refreshed our towels, water, and amenities every day. Which helps me segue into the service, which was truly the highlight for me and my family. From the moment we checked in until the very last minute that we checked out, the staff demonstrated attentive, sincere service that made us felt very cared for and at home. I'm traveling with elderly parents, and the staff proactively took our luggage out of the car and carried everything to our room, up a series of stairs that would've been challenging to navigate on our own. When I needed to borrow a tray and knife to cut fruit, a staff kindly brought these items to my room even though it was quite late at night. The cleaning staff noticed we drink a lot of water so they gave us extra bottles every time they refreshed our room. Every private car transfer i.e. from the train station to the hotel, to catch the sunrise (twice), to go from the hotel to the airport, etc. was booked through the front desk, who was able to arrange some of these drivers fairly last minute (although ideally you should give them a heads up earlier). They even helped us book a Li river cruise as a discount, which turned out to be one of the most memorable activities we did in Yangshuo. Whenever I had a question, I would communicate with the front desk via Wechat and they would respond within minutes, sometimes seconds. Essentially all of our needs were fulfilled with the utmost level of professionalism, efficiency, and patience and we simply had positive interactions with every single staff encountered. I want to thank everyone at the hotel for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable, and I would highly, highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Yangshuo. Should we return to this city, we'd definitely like to stay here again.

Soggiornare al Pu Qu Qi Du B&B è stata un'esperienza fantastica. Siamo andati in viaggio di giorno da Yangshuo, camminando intorno al villaggio Juxian quando abbiamo visto questo hotel. Pensavamo, Hey, potremmo cambiare posizione! Abbiamo entrato e abbiamo guardato alcune camere. Abbiamo deciso di prenotare una suite di terzo piano (nessun ascensore) con una vista sorprendente! Era fuori stagione, quindi la nostra esperienza potrebbe non essere tipica. Prima di tutto, eravamo gli unici ospiti dell'hotel. Secondo, la stanza non è riscaldata, quindi ci è stato dato un riscaldatore in gabbia. Era una breve passeggiata per le tracce del fiume, e anche noi camminammo su e sopra la collina. La città era così tranquilla! Possibile perché era fuori stagione alla fine di novembre. Le temperature di giorno erano perfette per camminare e esplorare. Il colazione offerto era una soppa tradizionale di noodle e succhi di maiale. Non mangiamo maiale, così hanno modificato la sua bella pasticceria. Ci siamo divertiti la nostra permanenza lì, ed era perfetto per noi. Juxian è una bella città per rilassarsi, e questo hotel ha una vista davvero terribile sulle piccole aziende agricole e le formazioni karst.

Beware before booking. You have to walk up about two-storey high staircase and about 50 meter route before arriving at the hotel counter. It may not be suitable for old people and who have knee/stair climbing problem. However, after the counter, there is lift to the rooms and the roof top cafe which you can have a good view of YangShou beautiful landscape. It is located infront of the West Street main entrance and local bus stops. Local buses are not so frequent here, but tourists can easily rent an electricity motor bike, price range from RMB20-30 per day to go around the tourist attractions.

Durante il Festival di Primavera, Yangshuo era affollata, ma la posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, un'oasi di pace nel bel mezzo della confusione. Sebbene l'hotel sia un po' datato, la pulizia è buona. Il ristorante dell'hotel offre sia piatti cinesi che occidentali, tutti preparati al momento e molto freschi. Si può passare l'intera giornata a rilassarsi e a contemplare il fiume Yulong senza uscire dall'hotel. È stata la parte migliore del nostro viaggio a Guilin!

Ho adorato la posizione. Si trova sulla sponda opposta del fiume rispetto alle zone turistiche più affollate. È facilmente raggiungibile in barca o in taxi, ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo. Ci sono anche pochissimi ristoranti sul lato dell'hotel. La cosa migliore, a mio parere, è la passeggiata che costeggia il fiume, situata sulla destra dell'hotel. Una passeggiata molto tranquilla e rilassante.

Inizialmente, volevamo cenare al Wangjiang Tower, ma abbiamo scoperto che avevano anche una locanda annessa, e per giunta appena ristrutturata. Dopo averne discusso con un amico, abbiamo prenotato subito, peccato solo che il nostro itinerario fosse troppo breve e abbiamo potuto goderci solo una notte. Ma lasciate che ve ne parli bene! Posizione super: proprio di fronte al fiume Li, accanto all'ex residenza di Xu Beihong e alla residenza di Sun Yat-sen. A soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla West Street, super comodo per uscire, mangiare e fare shopping. Esperienza top: una locanda piccola ma graziosa, appena ristrutturata, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Tranquilla pur essendo in una zona vivace, di alta qualità. La reception può anche aiutare a noleggiare scooter elettrici e ottenere sconti sui biglietti per le attrazioni.
