Atour offre ancora un ottimo servizio, un ottimo ambiente in camera e anche la posizione è ottima. È nel centro della città ed è comodo per viaggiare. Han Han e Ke Ke alla reception hanno un'ottima attitudine al servizio, altamente raccomandato! ! !

Room was clean and has a freshly cleaned smell. Always a good sign when hotels are clean. Reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room. The downside of the room is that some plug sockets didn’t work. There’s only a total of 3 sockets in the room. Location of the hotel is excellent. Very near the subway station and walking distance to Nanchan Street area where there’s a lot of shops. If you’re staying here, remember to come out and see the Nanchan Temple at night. The lights make the temple look magical. Best timing to see it in the evening.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

I left an item in the room after check-out, and the team was very helpful in making sure I got it back. Their support was greatly appreciated. A very positive experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere a casa e devo dire che è stata una piacevole esperienza. Il personale dell'hotel era eccezionalmente gentile, affidabile e accogliente. La qualità del servizio, nonostante sia un hotel più piccolo, supera le mie aspettative, e la capacità del personale di comunicare in inglese è stata un vantaggio per noi, come stranieri, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

Mi aspettavo che un posto si chiamasse il Grand Hotel. Non era nemmeno la media (al meglio). Check-in non era molto amichevole. La stanza aveva molte domande, per esempio la metà delle luci non funzionava, quindi la stanza era molto buia tutto il tempo che ero lì. Il Wifi era davvero spotto e difficile da firmare. Il letto era ok, aveva un sonno così tanto. A dire il vero, sono rimasto in luoghi molto migliori a Wuxi per un prezzo molto più economico, ma ero stanco e non volevo lamentarmi o cambiare le camere/hotel. Dirò che ero molto deluso per il prezzo. Ho scelto questo posto solo per il tubo e la piscina. Il tubo era ok e per essere onesti dopo aver visto lo stato della stanza non mi dispiaceva nemmeno della piscina. Mi sono accorto se la stanza non fosse così grande, allora probabilmente non puliscono bene la piscina. Il servizio di aria condizionata era una battuta, non era affatto cool, la TV era antica e ho dovuto rompere le batterie per farla funzionare. Non è stato così gentile nemmeno.Un paio di positivi, il campanello mi ha aiutato a lasciare le mie borse, e posso dire che le ragazze al colazione mattina erano molto gentili e gentili ...ma non è colpa loro, il cibo era piuttosto orribile. Almeno il caffè era decente e abbondante. In generale, il resto del personale mi ha fatto sentire come se fossi un grosso disturbo mentre ero lì. Il mio consiglio è di controllare le recensioni e ottenere un hotel migliore per altrove per molto meno soldi. Non tornerò a questo vecchio hotel scioccato e dodgy.
