The hotel lobby located at Level 5 and the check in/out procedure is fast. Staff at reception are well trained, very efficient and helpful. The business room that I booked is very spacious, the room is clean and the cleaner will come to do housekeeping such as change all the towels, replenish toiletries in daily basis. Anything you have requested from the staff or maybe you have ordered food delivery, there is a robot to deliver to your room. They supply drinking water in bottle to you everyday. You can request more if needed. Hotel breakfast is good, lots of variety, but they don’t have coffee there. The opposite of this hotel is shopping mall called Zheng Hua. You can enjoy city walk while staying at this area, downstairs also got a lot of shops selling their local traditional product, restaurant, phamarcy and etc. easy to get transport and the didi will drop you beside the road since hotel entrance is facing to the main road also. overall, I like the atmosphere of this hotel and will definitely come back again if I visit Hohhot in future.

The Hotel room is very spacious, and comfortable. We reserved a non smoking room but all guests are smoking with their rooms with open doors that was very difficult, the staff they don’t speak English and check in was long. If you travel with kiddos or you don’t smoke it’s a problem

The hotel location is convenient and near touristic sites. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is great and has tasty Mongolian milk tea and delicious Shaomai. The coffee machine at the reception is free of access and very tasty. A very nice stay, it is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, and next time I come to Hohhot I will here again for sure! 我很满意！

Questo soggiorno a casa è fantastico. Il servizio clienti del personale / famiglia è eccellente e ci hanno davvero fatto sentire a casa. Ci siamo stati 6 giorni e vorremmo tornare. The hotel advertises that it has a gym, which was the primary reason we booked our stay, as we wanted to maintain our fitness routine while away from home and unable to use our usual gym membership. Upon arrival, we discovered that the ”gym” consisted of only two treadmills and no other equipment. This was extremely disappointing, as a gym should provide a variety of fitness equipment to accommodate different workout needs. Advertising a facility as a gym when it is essentially just a room with treadmills feels misleading. If your facility only has treadmills, it would be more accurate to advertise it as such, rather than labeling it a gym. A proper gym typically requires a minimum set of equipment, including: 1. Cardio Machines: At least treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. 2. Strength Equipment: Free weights (dumbbells, barbells) and resistance machines. 3. Functional Training Tools: Items such as yoga mats, kettlebells, or medicine balls. This would ensure clarity for guests who choose hotels based on their fitness facilities.
