Abbiamo portato la nostra famiglia di sei persone, compresi bambini e parenti anziani, a Hohhot per le vacanze di Capodanno. Siamo rimasti per tre notti consecutive. La posizione dell'hotel era eccellente: era molto vicino al Tempio di Dazhao, al Vicolo Kuanzhai, all'Antica Via Sai Shang, al Tempio di Xilitu, alla Pagoda Baoerhan e al Tempio di Guanyin, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Il secondo giorno, abbiamo noleggiato un'auto per il Lago Qiandao e Hongshiya, e l'autista ci ha accompagnato direttamente in hotel. L'hotel era arredato con un forte tocco locale. It was really convenient because it was close to the railway station. On the first day I went, I said ”I'll give you the biggest room” and they gave me a room twice as big as the one I booked. I had a comfortable stay in a big room for 2 days. The front desk was easy to find and explained everything without any misunderstandings. The view is beautiful!😀

I stayed at this hotel with my family for three nights. Although the hotel is small, the room and furniture were clean and relatively new. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and always tried to provide anything we needed. The hotel is located in a residential area, so it was a little difficult to find. We had reserved a non-smoking room, but we were initially assigned a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. After I informed the staff that it was not the room we had booked and that it smelled of smoke, they immediately changed our room, which I appreciated. However, there were several areas that could be improved. There was no air conditioning in the lobby or hallways, making those areas very hot and stuffy. The air conditioner in our room was installed directly above the bed, and it was quite noisy at night, which affected our sleep. There was no daily housekeeping during our stay. The room did not have a refrigerator, and the hotel did not offer a shared laundry facility. The bathroom combined the shower and toilet in the same space, and the water pressure was quite weak. Overall, the owner was kind and helpful, but the hotel could be much more comfortable with better ventilation, quieter air conditioning, daily room cleaning, and improved bathroom facilities.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. I especially loved the large windows with plenty of natural light and the cozy layout. The online staff was friendly and helpful, and communication was smooth from check-in to check-out. Location was convenient and everything was well-prepared when we arrived. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area! 👍🏻
