Fantastico
UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno. La proprietà è di grande nuovo, tutto è pulito e molto ben mantenuto. L'unità era spaziosa, moderna e pulita, tutto grande. Il personale era tutto grande, facile comunicazione e disponibilità ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento. La proprietà dispone anche di un giardino che non abbiamo avuto tempo di provare, ma sono sicuro che è carino.
Mentre ciò non ha influenzato la qualità del nostro soggiorno, il feedback al servizio di custodia sarebbe di avere pendenti nel bagno (non molto spazio per pendere asciugamani) e di fornire latte e acqua agli ospiti all'arrivo. La proprietà fa un grande lavoro con estendere le feci di caffè complimentari per un'esperienza ma con nessun latte è un po' troppo forte per i bevitori di caffè non regolari.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio era buono, la stanza era pulita e ben attrezzata, anche se breve sui pannelli di caffè. La decorazione era data come tutti gli apparecchi e i dispositivi. La migliore caratteristica era la vicinanza al Teatro della Regina Elizabeth. La peggiore ”caratteristiche” era stata detto alla stanza che aveva un letto re, ma no, solo una regina. Non è l'unico hotel che malrappresenta i loro letti, che tendenza annoiante. Il pub del ristorante sul sito è molto medio. Le fritte erano grasse, ma il mio Buffalo Chicken Wrap e la zuppa di Bacon & Tomato di mia moglie erano buoni. Il servizio nel ristorante era eccellente, molto utile.

Quando ero in soggiorno, ho parlato con lei due volte, era una bella donna che voleva dare consigli e consigli sulla vita. La stanza è pulita e temperata, luminosa e confortevole, anche il bagno è pulito e pulito. E'una bella esperienza e mi piace davvero stare qui e stare con l'ospite.

UUtente ospiteWe have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us.
They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

PPedjaIt’s a beautiful place on great location. Very specious, with absolutely breathtaking view from terrace. I only didn’t like check in , it must be keyless. We came very late , it was almost 1am and the great thing they were waiting for us , but all flight you are thinking what is gonna be if they don’t . Then you need to send them message when you land , when you take your luggage, when you are in taxi and that could make you more tired after long flight and worried about million other things .

UUtente anonimoThe room size was excellent- with a large bed, a seating area and comfy reading chair. It had an alcove closet with plenty of space.
The service was fabulous, with the staff being very welcoming and helpful. The room service food was delicious and arrived on time.
The only improvement I could suggest would be for better bathroom lighting in the shower area and perhaps a magnifying mirror for us senior clientele. 🙂
The location is great but the public transportation around the hotel is not so good. Lucky, taxi services are available and reasonably priced.

The view from the room was excellent as we were placed on a high floor and had an amazing view of downtown Vancouver. The furniture in the room was a little outdated, and the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The location of the hotel was great as it was in a very central area of the city. Overall, our stay was a good one.

JJoanne HayeTo be honest I don't really understand where those bad reviews came from. The location is very convenient, 10 mins drive from the airport and free airport shuttle is running every 30mins till 11:30pm (I took the last bus). Hotel is dated but it is very well maintained and clean. Theres also a small grocery store and a very nice little Japanese restaurant nearby - bonus point. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. Happy hour at the restaurant was such a good deal too.

UUtente anonimoLa posizione è molto buona.L'aeroporto può arrivare con treno e bus 30-40 minuti, la stazione di autobus è davanti a te.La baia inglese è a due minuti a piedi dall'hotel, la periferia di Starbucks, il supermercato, la farmacia e l'ufficio postale sono a cinque minuti a piedi dall'hotel. La stanza è normale, ma l'aria condizionata è con una finestra, molto stupida, quindi se la apri quando vai a letto, non riuscirai a dormire.Fortunatamente, è molto stupida la notte, quindi non l'ho aperto, ho dormito. Inoltre, dato che non c'è un po'di acqua calda nella stanza, è molto difficile scendere all'interno della reception per cadere l'acqua calda.Inoltre, dato che c'è solo un bicchiere di carta nella stanza, anche se c'è un microonde, non c'è piatto.Sono andato al supermercato per comprare piatto di carta. A sera, puoi sentire la voce delle persone che si urlano fuori fino a circa le 22:00, forse perché è in città.Ho scritto un colore 々, ma non c'è niente di male, perché dormo solo per il viaggio.Ho passato un bel tempo a Vancouver.Grazie!
