Hotel 3 stelle a Vancouver

The house is very well maintained with beautiful quiet surroundings. The room itself is thoughtfully well kept with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen amenities. There is a washing machine and dryer in the place but no coffee provided though it has a coffee maker and kettle. A pleasant surprise of complimentary snacks and bottled water were also provided. It is little far to go downtown but the bus stop is just 5 mins away that takes you there directly. 10 mins walk away are some Asian restaurants and a Chinese supermarket and fruit n vegetable shop. Overall, the suite is a very nice and new place to stay at and the owner is very welcoming and responsive. I like to suggest the direction to the apartment can be made more clearer with instruction that says it is at the basement and not just entrance via the back of the house with those lovely wordy signs that we obviously not looking for. Another point to note is the cleaning fee charge that was not mention in the write up which may affect client's decision in renting the place.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno. La proprietà è di grande nuovo, tutto è pulito e molto ben mantenuto. L'unità era spaziosa, moderna e pulita, tutto grande. Il personale era tutto grande, facile comunicazione e disponibilità ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento. La proprietà dispone anche di un giardino che non abbiamo avuto tempo di provare, ma sono sicuro che è carino. Mentre ciò non ha influenzato la qualità del nostro soggiorno, il feedback al servizio di custodia sarebbe di avere pendenti nel bagno (non molto spazio per pendere asciugamani) e di fornire latte e acqua agli ospiti all'arrivo. La proprietà fa un grande lavoro con estendere le feci di caffè complimentari per un'esperienza ma con nessun latte è un po' troppo forte per i bevitori di caffè non regolari.

Abbiamo una cattiva esperienza con St. Regis. Abbiamo detto al dipartimento di fronte di aiutarci a prenotare un taxi grande per 4 persone per portarci all'aeroporto all'inizio della mattina, ma il personale non l'ha segnata correttamente, quando abbiamo controllato il doppio il secondo, l'ordine non c'era e si è spedito un piccolo taxi e hanno dovuto andare Riordini una grande per noi. Hanno messo in mezzo la tassa per le camere, si è notato che doveva pagare all'hotel, la prima volta che il personale ci ha dato le informazioni sbagliate che entrambe le camere erano già caricate sulla mia carta. Il giorno dopo, dissero che non era ancora pagato, le dicemmo che eravamo pagati con diverse carte di credito, ma quando abbiamo controllato, hanno pagato entrambe le camere sulla mia carta senza il mio permesso. Infine, hanno cancellato un pagamento per le camere e lo hanno rimborsato alla carta del mio amico, che è molto poco professionale e non ho ancora ricevuto la mia dichiarazione e non sono sicuro se hanno cancellato il pagamento sbagliato.

La stanza supera le mie aspettative iniziali con la sua spaziosa ubicazione, e sono inoltre molto sorpresa di scoprire che questo hotel è amico di EV, offrendo un complimentare pagamento per il mio veicolo elettrico durante la notte. Questa atmosfera migliora l'attrazione generale del mio soggiorno, combinando il comfort con i servizi ecoconsci.

Service was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress.

Air con super bath room clean and was a good location from the sky train which makes getting to and from down town really easy. The only problem was the price was a bit expensive for an old hotel, but I think that was more down to the World Cup. Would stay again happily if price was a bit cheaper.

We stayed in a mini room which is not that small. The bed is wide enough for 2 asian women. All the amenities are available, and all the staff are polite and helpful. Before booking, I read the review written about the noise from the street, but we didn’t experience that during our stay. I’ll recommend the hotel to anyone who will go to Vancouver!

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno al Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver. Quello che si è appena scoperto è stato il servizio. Il personale era eccellente, veloce a rispondere, e molto affidabile ogni volta che mi serviva qualcosa. Ha reso l'intera esperienza senza stress. Le strutture superavano le mie aspettative, soprattutto per il prezzo, e tutto si sentiva ben mantenuto e confortevole, quindi si sentiva certamente come un grande valore per i soldi. Devo anche menzionare il cibo, che era davvero delizioso, con ingredienti di buona qualità e porzioni generose, che è stata una piacevole sorpresa e ha aggiunto un sacco al soggiorno generale. In generale, avrei decisamente raccomandato questo posto se si sta cercando comfort, buon servizio, e solido valore nel centro di Vancouver.

Mentre viaggiavo con un amico, l'hotel ci ha dato una camera di connessione (due camere con una porta condivisa), era pulita, e ha fornito spazio e privacy per entrambi. Non era lussuoso, ma offre un buon valore per il prezzo e soddisfa le nostre esigenze per un breve soggiorno.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, always willing to assist with anything we needed. However, when we first entered our room, there was a very strong smell of paint. We were told it had just been painted, but the odor was so intense that staying there would likely have caused discomfort, so we requested a room change. They accommodated our request, although the only available option was a smaller unit. Another point worth noting is that Trip.com indicates the hotel accepts a cash deposit, but at check-in we were informed that only card payments were allowed, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room had some constant noises throughout the day and night — I couldn’t identify the source, and they continued even with the air conditioning turned off. There is also a vending machine right at the hotel entrance, but it was not working properly. I inserted money and did not receive the products; however, the front desk staff promptly assisted me and helped resolve the situation, which I appreciated. Aside from these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions.
