Ranch home at end of street, 200 yards from your private lake access. Huge yard w/ fire pit, wrap around deck, swings and picnic tables. 5 min. walk to the STRIP and 2 min. walk to a walking path which starts at the Lodge and follws the lake. You can hear the waves and a little music, but still very private. When indoors, you'll enjoy a new fully equipped kitchen w/ stove, microwave, dishwasher refrigerator, Small table and chairs, and a coffee station. Huge living room with a large dining table w/ 8 chairs and a loft up above with a fold out couch for the kids. Two baths , one with tub and shower and one with stand- up shower three bedrooms, two with new queen beds and one with 2 new bunk beds that will hold 400 lbs. each. There are two doors that give access to a 450 square foot wrap around deck with a pergola, party lighting, outdoor furniture and steps to the back yard with fire pit, swings underneath the deck and two picnic tables. ENJOY ... Stay at Sunset Villa Geneva during your time in Geneva-on-the-Lake. It is a peaceful, private stay just steps away from the bustling life of the strip. Wake up and go to sleep listening to the lake. Dine at "home" to Lake Erie sounds and views. Watch sunsets and sunrises while enjoying your coffee and wine. With bedrooms sleeping ten, two full baths, and massive outdoor decks, it's the perfect place to spend a weekend or a week. It is the perfect place for family and friends to meet and gather. Our home is in the middle of it all, yet has total privacy.The home is a classic mid-twentieth century cottage lake home. You'll walk into the kitchen, equipped with full size fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washer & dryer - everything you could need to enjoy a night or a week here. From the kitchen, you have access to the first floor full bath with shower. Off the bathroom, you'll find the air conditioned downstairs dormitory-style room with two bunkbeds [twin bed uppers and full futon bottoms], perfect for a kids sleepover or adults who don't mind sharing. Traveling the other way from the kitchen, you'll come to the dining room and continue into the living room, with a working gas fireplace and TV, all with lake views. Take a seat and relax on the barrel chairs to read a book or sip a glass of local wine. Play a game or sit at the raised bar table enjoy outdoor views regardless of weather. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and a full bath. Each bedroom is individually air conditioned for personal comfort and taste. Unlike many rentals, our rooms are large enough to walk around the beds! In 2023 we plan on updating and replacing the tub with a large walk-in two person shower. Two bed rooms feature queen beds and ample storage for guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed [joined twins with a luxury king toper], a walk-in closet, and a private deck looking out over Lake Erie for drinking that early morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine. From every bedroom, you can open your windows and sleep to the sounds of Lake Erie. Out back, enjoy both sunset and sunrise from your private deck or wander down the stairs to the lake shore, all within the property. It doesn't get any better. At the lake front you'll find a property wide concrete deck and steps into the water. You'll find gas and charcoal grills, tables, lounge and rocking chairs, all available to enjoy a relaxing day hanging out. Even a fire pit to relax in the evening at the lake.
