The craftsman style cottage front porch is a wonderful place to relax and drink a coffee or tea as you watch cars with surfboards on top head to the beach for the day. As you enter the house there is the master bedroom on your right with a private bathroom and a smaller bedroom on your left with a bathroom that is shared with the rest of the house. A couple of steps further will show the open floor plan where the living/dining/kitchen is located. This is a chef’s kitchen, designed and built by a true “foodie” with a deep respect for the art of food preparation. A sliding glass door opens to a deck on the rear of the home with a table and a grill, and a fire pit is also available a few steps beyond that. Additionally, there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The house has 3 smart tv's ready for your favorite shows(WI-FI provided) Living room sofa folds out with a queen foam mattress. Our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and basic cookware. Everything needed to prepare meals at the house. Coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, extra linens provided, detergent and propane for grill included.Guest accessGuests have access to the full home along with front and back porch and backyard. This home has a separate detached apartment that can be rented simultaneously.
