UUtente ospitePerfetto!! Nuova e SPOTLOSS.Sì, un po'piccola per gli standard americani, ma più di abbastanza per un breve soggiorno. Buona colazione, con opzioni sani (frutti, buon yogurt, omeletti)... mio marito avrebbe voluto più opzioni, ma dovevo ricordarlo che è un hotel 2-star. Non sembrava così, ma sopra 😊
Sapone corpo, shampoo, condizionamento e crema corporea. L'unica cosa che mi mancava è stato un asciugacapelli... Ho portato uno solo in caso da alcuni altri 2-star recensioni hotel. Non ho chiesto, ma sono abbastanza sicuro che avrebbero fornito uno su richiesta. La stanza aveva anche una tavola di ferro e ferro. Molto gentile personale. E... bambini restano gratis!! Siamo una famiglia di tre, ma anche meglio affrontata per una famiglia di quattro!!
Vicino all'autostrada, 15-20 min di guida al Capitolo e al centro... e posizione perfetta per esplorare i dintorni!!

VVivihemaxiuIl posto è buono per trovare la macchina e fermarsi. Andare al Congresso per visitare circa tre o quattro miglia. La posizione è buona e tranquilla. La stanza è molto comoda. Ovunque è profumato. La piscina è buon colazione e delizioso

Pros: The pricing was fair. Rooms, for the most part, are clean and maintained. Rooms are spacious. The position of the aircon is good, doesn't blow straight at you like some other places. The Room didn't smell. Both the shower and sink have good water pressure. The service was solid, the lady we met was welcoming and she got straight to the point. Rooms are equipped with a microwave and fridge which is convenient. The beds are spacious and the mattress is supportive.
Cons. The carpet in the room as well as the tiles in the bathroom are a bit sticky. Not sure if that's due to the high moisture or if they are not cleaned well. Some might find it nasty. The gym only has a cable machine which is alright but some more equipment would have been much better. They advertise saying they have a great breakfast however it isn't anything crazy. Just some eggs, waffles that you have to make yourself, and some coffee. Not much variety overall. This is nitpicky, but the furniture is a bit old and could use some polish/maintenance. The biggest con for me was the location, its located right beside the frontage road which is in theory good, but during rush hour the road becomes completely jammed with cars. Especially at the time of writing this review because there is a lot of construction going on nearby so driving in and out of the residence can be dangerous and annoying.
Overall: This place is great for staying a couple nights on a short trip however I wouldn't recommend staying here long term. Its safe and has mostly everything you need.

UUtente ospiteLe tole erano molto indossate, le foglie del letto erano lacrime, sembravano una sorta di splitter rosso sul tetto e di tinture nere sul tetto del bagno. La materassi era molto indossata, anche con un'indentazione massiccia in mezzo. Le ricette si sentono ogni volta che si muove o si siede sul letto. I canali TV non funzionavano e la porta mancava il serratura di sicurezza extra. La sedia da scrivania era super indossata.
Tuttavia, il CA/Heater ha funzionato, c'era una microonde e un frigo che correvano.

GGwenyvere9Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar.
I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight!
Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine.

UUtente ospiteFront desk attendant when we checked in was super nice and helpful. The first room they gave me had no power. Moved me to a different room this room had no shower curtain and no towels to wash or dry off with. I will never stay here again.

RResourcefulElevator is ALWAYS out & there is usually a weird odor you can smell like mildew or mold on bottom floors. I didn't mind the scent of **** nor cigs as I was in the 4th floor, the smoking floor. Downside they don't provide dishes nor real housekeeping any longer thanks to COVID but otherwise they are real laid back & as long as you not causing a scene or being dramatic they pretty much mind their business
