Hotel 2 stelle a Seul

Il prezzo era ragionevole considerando la posizione e il personale parlava fluentemente giapponese. L'asciugacapelli era rotto, ma non lo uso molto spesso, quindi non è stato un problema. Penso che sia una buona idea controllare immediatamente se smette di funzionare. Ti risparmia la fatica di dover andare alla reception dopo il bagno.

La reception si trova al 15° piano, subito dopo Oryan. A volte c'è qualcuno alla reception che parla giapponese, ma il più delle volte è inglese. Anche se non parlate coreano o inglese, sembrano capire il mio giapponese. Offrono il deposito bagagli sia prima che dopo il check-in. La mia camera era al 16° piano e c'era un cestino subito a sinistra uscendo dall'ascensore, e sacchi di asciugamani e lenzuola erano allineati nel corridoio. La camera era abbastanza pulita, ma sono rimasto sorpreso da quanto fossero piccoli il bagno e la doccia, come una vasca da bagno. La pressione dell'acqua era debole. Il bagno aveva un washlet, ma non si poteva gettare la carta igienica. La colazione includeva due tipi di toast, cereali, succo d'arancia, latte, uova fritte (non sode), prosciutto, formaggio, marmellata, burro e salsa al cioccolato. C'erano anche una macchina per il caffè e un distributore d'acqua. La posizione era ottima, con un minimarket, Sushiro, Starbucks e negozi di souvenir tutti allineati sulla strada di fronte all'hotel. Dato che ero lì solo per dormire, è stato sufficiente. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

The location is very nice. You can easily walk to Myeongdong, Namsan Tower, and many restaurants, and transportation is convenient. The staff were very kind and helpful. However, it’s difficult for me to say this was a good stay overall. Here are the reasons why: • Elevator – The elevator is only for luggage, not for guests. This should be clearly stated before booking. As in here it’s show as the property has an elevator without explaining that it is a cargo elevator, it is misleading. • Security – The room password was simply the room number with an additional “1” added to it. I didn’t leave valuables in the room, so I wasn’t too worried, but it still felt like a weak security system. • Room Door – There is no additional lock on the inside of the room. While the digital lock can be activated, I never felt completely confident that the door was fully secured. • Soft Opening Without Notice – When I booked, there was no mention that the property was still in a soft-opening stage. I expected the hotel to be fully operational. Instead, there were unfinished areas, items left around the property, and staff frequently entering rooms after check-in to inspect or photograph things without being asked. Had I known the hotel was not fully ready, I would have considered other options before booking. • Poor Room Layout – My room was 405, located at the end of the hallway. The neighboring room (404) had a door positioned in a way that it would hit my door whenever opened carelessly. During my four-night stay, the guests next door banged their door into mine repeatedly. Eventually, at around 1 a.m. one night, I had to contact the staff and ask them to address the issue. • Cleanliness Concerns – The property appears to use the same type of towel for everything. When I asked about a bathroom mat, I was told to use a towel instead. This gave me the impression that the towels were being used for multiple purposes, including drying floors. On top of that, the towels shed lint and left fibers on my skin after use. • Very Small Bathroom – Please be aware that the bathroom is extremely small. The shower is positioned directly over the toilet, and there is barely enough room to stand while showering. In practice, you almost need to sit on the toilet to shower comfortably. After two nights, I seriously considered moving to another hotel. The only reason I stayed was because my mother didn’t want to move all of our belongings again. To be fair, one of the staff members (possibly the owner) sincerely apologized and explained that they were trying their best. I do believe they genuinely care and are making an effort. However, there is still a long way to go before this property is ready to provide a comfortable hotel experience.

Era la prima volta che usavo la stazione di Yeokchon, ma dato che la mia destinazione era nei pressi della stazione di Hongik University, era in una posizione comoda, con un solo cambio. Per il prezzo ragionevole, la camera era spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusi spazzolino da denti e acqua potabile. Non ero sicuro delle regole per uscire e fare il check-out, quindi ho aspettato alla reception, dove un membro del personale è uscito rapidamente dal retro e me le ha gentilmente spiegate. C'erano diverse prese nella stanza, ma erano tutte rotte, quindi non potevo usare i miei dispositivi elettronici (questo potrebbe essere dovuto in parte alla forma instabile del trasformatore che avevo portato con me). L'unica presa era in bagno, quindi ho caricato i miei dispositivi sopra il water e questa volta ho evitato qualsiasi problema. Non sapevo come regolare l'aria condizionata, ma era al massimo, quindi avevo freddo indossando solo l'accappatoio fornito. Avevo portato con me un abbigliamento da casa a maniche lunghe, quindi andava bene. Ho dormito bene nel letto spazioso. Il bagno è il classico, con WC, lavandino e doccia tutti in un unico spazio non diviso, ma era spazioso, quindi il WC non si allagava, e il pavimento drenava bene, quindi era asciutto dopo poche ore. La doccia aveva un'ottima pressione dell'acqua e l'asciugacapelli aveva un buon flusso d'aria, il che era anche un vantaggio. C'era un tappetino da bagno sopra il bagno che sembrava essere stato usato, quindi ho dato 4 stelle alla pulizia. Ma nel complesso ho trovato che fosse ben pulito.

È stato bello avere ogni persona a bere una bevanda, e il letto nella stanza era spazioso e la condizione era pulita. 😍 Il personale era amichevole! È stata una buona esperienza dire che i giapponesi vorrebbero rimanere in questo ostello quando tornano in Corea ❤️ E' bello fare buone memorie.

Checkin starts at 3, I ended up there at 2:30, asked to wait very sternly, I said ya no worries I will and I sat on the sofa. But the guy who was supposed to check in, he was late and suddenly the women was now polite. The guy eventually came at 3:30. And was apologetic. Funny how people can be apologetic if its their mistake , but ask them 1 more question hours later they become rude. He spoke broken English which was hard to grasp as he was going really quickly on the do’s and dont’s but he was irritated at me for that. Next day I saw him all in smiles and laughter to a westerner. And calmly explaining everything. Rest, liked the location because its away from Myeongdang main street, so its calm while close enough to walk for stroll.

È esattamente come nelle foto, il letto è comodo, pulito e senza odori (qui ogni giorno passano a pulire e a svuotare i cestini). Il bagno è molto grande e fare la doccia è un piacere. Ho scelto una camera quadrupla e c'è spazio sufficiente per sistemare i miei bagagli. C'è anche un armadietto dove riporre oggetti di valore, ma bisogna portare il proprio lucchetto. La struttura si trova al terzo piano e non c'è l'ascensore, quindi se come me avete bagagli grandi sarà un po' faticoso... Inoltre, il letto non ha tende, quindi ci si sente un po' meno sicuri. Dato che la stanza è piccola, qualsiasi rumore viene amplificato, e ho paura di svegliare gli altri se vado in bagno di notte. Ma per il prezzo pagato, sono già molto soddisfatto! Non c'è niente di negativo da segnalare!

Altamente raccomandato. Ottimo servizio e posizione ottima, vicinissimo alla stazione della metropolitana e a tutti i luoghi più famosi. Molto vicino anche a Itaewon Street. Anche il personale è stato gentile. La colazione era ottima. Ho adorato il mio soggiorno. Molto vicino anche a Gangnam, dove si trova l'ex edificio della Big Hit Company, perfetto per i fan dei BTS.

Il rapporto di prezzo è buono, in generale è consigliabile, la stanza è più piccola, ma il prezzo è economico, centinaia di metri dal buco luminoso, la colazione è con latte, pane, pane, ecc., può essere trasformato da solo.

As others have written, the cleaning situation leaves room for improvement. However, you will be able to stay at a very reasonable price, so I think it would be a good idea to bring slippers and other things to make up for the parts of the floor that are not well cleaned.
