Hotel 2 stelle a Xuzhou

This was the best Home Inn hotel ever! The customer service here is one of the best I have ever experienced in all my hotel stays world-wide. Thank you so much to all the women staff who helped me with laundry, get coffee,, find things to do, download food delivery app, and more. It's hard to travel in China as a foreigner, and I'm really thankful for the hotel staff for their kindness and helpfulness. The hotel room is also very comfortable and new. 3-minute walk to metro, easy to get Didi, central location. 100% recommend! My son and I loved our stay here. Thank you!!

La stanza è più sorpresa di quanto si aspettasse, pulita e senza provocazioni, letti morbidi e pelle profonda, e la pelle è stata sollevata dal cammino. Quando ha lasciato il negozio, il caricatore è caduto nella stanza. Il personale ha trovato il contatto immediatamente con me e ha aiutato a mantenere la sua salute, Quando tornai a prendere, ho anche messo in pacchetto i piccoli biscotti, che era davvero troppo polvere con il cuore!

Отличное расположение в самом торговом центре, рядом есть магазинчики, большой продуктовый магазин, пицца хат, мак и шашлычная, в сам торговый центр живой, много людей, много красивых отделов. Сам отель простой, но чистый, имеется 2 кондиционера, комнаты убирают каждый день. Девушки в ресепшене отзывчивые и улыбчивые, сразу приходили на помощь и старались подсказать. Есть стиральная машина в общей зоне, и паровой утюг. В номере было тихо, посторонних шумов было не слышно. Мы жили 9 дней, цена нам подходила, так как мы в основном спали до обеда, после уходили на весь день гулять по городу и приходили вечером.

We stayed for almost a month, the hotel is comfortable, the staff is smiling and always ready to help. Of the minuses: there were problems with the toilet, a constant unpleasant smell from the sink, sometimes the light in the room turned off and it was necessary to re-insert the card. Towels were replaced daily, it’s good, but the room was cleaned so-so, there was a lot of dust left, taking into the fact that we lived there for a long time. The location is in a residential area, and there was often an unpleasant smell near the hotel (this smell was felt sometimes all over the city, it's not a claim to the hotel). It's a pity that there is no wardrobe in the rooms. It was a little uncomfortable to fold a lot of things. I don't know why, but the parcels came very badly. Some of them simply did not reach the hotel and came back. Specifying another address - everything was fine. A very big plus - the hotel has experience with accepting foreign tourists.

L'ambiente è elegante, la vista è magnifica e la camera è pulita. Il personale della reception è stato estremamente cordiale e ci ha persino chiesto se avevamo un'auto, offrendoci un buono per il parcheggio. La posizione è ottima, proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità, a pochi minuti a piedi. Abbiamo potuto dormire fino a tardi e prendere il treno ad alta velocità con calma e tranquillità.

Infrastrutture: devono essere complete e facili da usare Salute: pulito, mettere gli oggetti in ordine Servizio: il capo è molto buono, parla bene Sotto è Wanda, dietro c'è la strada del cibo, non lontano dalla metropolitana, molto conveniente.

In un inverno freddo, una stanza come questa è calda e confortevole e pulita.Sotto è un caldo quartiere di giardinaggio, il garage sotterraneo è fresco.Il capo è cordiale, lodevole e raccomandato.

Il mio soggiorno era molto grande, il check-in era facile, la stanza era pulita e tutti gli apparecchi funzionavano bene.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is well located in the city hub. The rooms were relatively clean but attention to detail will just up the cleanliness, for example there was a cigarette bud still lying in between the pebbles at the base of the bath and a sock of someone on the chair, below the blanket.  Overall we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.
