We stayed in a room overlooking the roadway and (I think) our room's double glazing was compromised as we could clearly hear the noise of every passing car - some which were boy racers with high revs. We complained to reception (as they asked how our night had been) and they apologised. Wether they reported it I don't know.

i stay in a travellodge 4 nights a week every week ,and this is one of the cleanest ive stayed in for a while. karen on the front desk is very freindly and very welcoming. the rooms are always clean and fresh. this is my 4th week staying here and not had a single thing to compain about.

I had a problem with a reservation for another Travelodge, the one in Teddington. I could get nowhere online or the telephone. The reception staff at Seaton Burn were so efficient, helpful and friendly. They telephoned me and sent an email with the reservation number I needed. So good to get excellent customer service these days.

Hotel is run down with mouldy windows dripping in condensation. Carpets felt damp and various staining throughout. The toilet seat was hanging off and neither of the soap and shower dispensers worked. Towels were hard and threadbare. Overall a very grim experience.

Hi stayed here with my boyfriend and we have great stay room was clean and fresh the girl on desk was really nice her name was Karen she took her to chat to us and told where to go for something to eat and there. Greggs and Burger King Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I can't describe how fantastic this hotel and all staff been . I can't remember when I slept so good. Them mattresses and pillows are so comfortable. Room been so clean and hotel manager so nice . I would like to say many thanks to miss Amber Grant for helping with everything and made our stay simply wonderful truly recommend for anyone

Karen was extremely helpful she was on point with the help we needed there Burger King across the road and Greggs also the room was warm and clean fresh this travelodge is one of cleanest one I’ve been in really enjoy staying here and thank you so much Karen for your help
