Hotel con parcheggio a Staines

Grande posto per rimanere! Ho appena lasciato e mi sento un po' vuoto! 🥲 Mi mancherò questo posto, ha tutto! Buona posizione, bel ambiente, bellissimo ambiente e soprattutto, eccellente servizio di desktop front! 😁😁👍👍 Le camere sono super pulite e confortevoli! Dispongono di riscaldatori elettrici, TV e te' 🍵 La posizione potrebbe rappresentare una sfida se non sono disposti a spendere 30-40 minuti per arrivare al centro e ammirare il paesaggio! Personalmente mi piacevano i viaggi in centro! Mi sentivo come un locale andava a lavorare ogni mattina! ☀️ Sicuramente rimarrò qui con la mia famiglia la prossima volta! 13/10

Breakfast should have been served until 10 am. We got into the restaurant 9.15 and there was hardly anything left, One spoonful of scrambled egg which I had to gather from around the pan for my husband - none for me, no bacon, no sausage, no hash brown or tomato. They did have beans!! Having asked and waited, we got a bit of bacon and some sausages that were so hard we could hardly cut them!! Then , at 10am they asked us to leave the room because they had to get it ready for something else. Our bedroom was ok but there was a skylight in the roof and the sun came flooding in just after 4 am so I didn’t sleep. Waste of time having black out curtains at the window when you don’t cover the skylight. The teaspoons on the dressing table had not been washed. The shower was nice but the water came out all over the floor - our friends had the same in their room. All in all not a good experience and I wouldn’t stay there again. I did mention all of this to the reception guy but he just smiled at me. Not sure if he spoke English!

I loved this place so much, so we ended up using it as our base ❤️ while in Korea The staff were lovely, they helped book out early morning taxi and gave help with other small problem we had only downside no table in the room but never mind
