The Western

We booked the western hotel for a surprise get away for my father in laws 80th birthday. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay any better. The rooms were spotless and beds soooo comfy and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts iv ever had with plenty of variety for everyone. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend 😊

Niceky located in the town centre, nor far from the train station and the sea. Small rooms, friendly personel, good breakfast and a great pub (Kettle 'n' Wink) downstairs. All in all it was good, but for the money we paid, we didn't expect a room of this size.

Nice room, comfy bed, hot shower , lovely breakfast, great location. Friendly staff , nothing was two much trouble. Had carvery on the Sunday, very nice well cooked hot food at a good price, would have been better if the meat was carved on front of you but still tasted really good, generous portions.

I spent 9 nights here and a few issues with my car Todd who works here very kindly offered to help me work around this, Karina also went the extra bit to take care of me. I shall certainly return and can recommend The Western to anyone wanting a quality stay. Very well done indeed ❤️❤️

Just been to the Western hotel for the Sunday carvery and it was amazing. The food was excellent as was the friendly service. Never been to a carvery where you could actually say the roast potatoes were home cooked and not frozen. Three good choices of meat, have one or all. Portions are very good and do a child's portion too. Plenty of different vegetables. So impressed we've all booked to go back in the summer. Well done everyone.

We visited on 7th April for a Sunday carvery with the family. The food was amazing and very well priced. The staff were all lovely and friendly, and we will definitely be visiting again when we are back here in August. If you’re in the area it’s definitely worth a try.

This hotel was great for our two night stay in St Ives. The central location was particularly convenient. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent - full English as an option or any variant, plus fruit, yoghurts etc and fresh coffee. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly both at check-in and at breakfast. Need to sort one's own parking in one of the car parks fairly close-by but this worked fine for us. Would definitely stay again. Some uncomfortable pillows were the only negative!
