Very nice hotel! Front desk staff provided good service and gave us free upgrade. Room size is spacious, clean and comfortable, nice view too. Breakfast is great with lots variety of food from western to local favour.

Great stay with good amenities. Location is a bit further from the city if you are wanting to stay away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Hotel is very comfy and bed is good. Car rental is a stone’s throw away. Recommended to stay. Amenities are good and new.

Secluded 5 star hotel with nice landscape. Restaurant food and breakfast is nice. Kids club is small. Surrounded by nature and is peaceful. Nearby got food and attractions

Extremely warm reception from excellent hoteliers from the moment you arrive .Door to Front Desk ! A real gem in Sanjiang. Strongly recommended. The sumptuous breakfast and Hot pot Dinner is overflowing with ingredients.

Huge hotel, typical Chinese style but totally modern with all what you can wish. The staff speak good English and is very helpful. Big parking if you come by car. The hotel is located on a small hill with a nice view of Sanjiang city. Only 2km from the bird’s nest and drum tower. Very big room with all amenities. Special mention for the beds which are fantastically comfortable.

To whom it may concerns, I’m writing this letter to deliver the disappointment and regret of my stay in Courtyard Marriott Sanjiang Liuzhou during 2-3Sep2023. The whole stay was just fine and the light rain in the next day morning was a bonus for my journey being in the beautiful countryside away from the city. The room service was good and people were very nice with greetings along, and the check-out was quick and smooth (handled by the receptionist Ms. Sally Xu). Although it was a rainy day and Marriott is always considerate to prepare umbrella (in the room) in case of needs, which is also allowed to take (I was given 1 or 2 umbrellas during my stay in Marriott Guangzhou) as far as I’m concerned, Ms. Xu came to me during my waiting for taxi and told that the umbrella in my room was missing left me confused and embarrassed when outside raining and my taxi was yet to arrive. I requested Ms. Xu regarding the umbrella issue and showed my confusion with my previous experience in Marriott, it seemed that 2 years time since the opening of this hotel WAS NOT sufficient to train up hotel staffs when handling customer inquiry and my disappointment is on the ground of below:- 1. Ms. Xu was not able to explain why the umbrella was not allowed to take even it was raining outside and customer was about to leave, as well as the customer had explained the previous experience with Marriott in Guangzhou. Besides, Ms Xu had already completed my check-out with no further outstanding issue, what if I had left right after and she found the umbrella was missing? Do I have to return the umbrella during my ride to the railway station? 2. Another receptionists Mr. Jerry Xie and Mr. Mike Yao came up but failed to provide:- a) name card, they explained it was under preparation but did not make any sense when they also said they were not new-join staffs; b) customer care email address, they only provided customer hotline but it should not be the case that staffs of Marriott did not know the customer care email. Mr. Mike Yao did also mentioned for his two employments by Marriott giving out umbrella in the room for guest was never the case ( I didn’t see what’s the point saying this instead of giving customer meaningful solution) The whole conversation had been calm but the above-mentioned staffs were not being helpful even what I requested was just extremely basic information instead of demanding request, and being in the tier-2/3 city hotel service standard would be different (poorer?) would NOT be considered as an excuse if Marriott positioned itself as an international hospitality specialist, and this had make a very bad and unpleasant memory for my trip to this place. Appreciate your feedback at the earliest, and I’m available for further communication. 非常滿意的一次入住體驗。位置離縣中心兩公里左右,酒店大門不遠處就有共享小魚頭可以租用。這幾天都是開魚頭出行去各個景點,很方便呢。 早餐挺豐盛的,燙粉和鴨腳很受歡迎。青菜很鮮嫩,我喜歡~最值得一提是自動咖啡機的出品,咖啡豆很不錯,每天早餐兩杯打底😁 健身房器械很乾凈,使用順暢,有毛巾和飲水機提供,贊!天氣太冷就沒游泳了。 最後,這幾天睡眠質量都特別好。房間的磁場和床品都特別棒。如果以後還來,萬怡仍是我的首選。 工作人員態度親切,積極友善。一切都💯滿分!

客房分佈在大堂的兩翼,通往客房的走廊也頗有儀式感。兩面落地窗光景盡收,木雕花屏風白天鏤空透光,房間有很多民族風的特色,風情壁畫與桌角擺件,侗在傳情。舒達床墊,浴室的科勒衞浴潔具,以雙移門來自行調節。 前廳大堂背景牆,滿滿的城寨歷史風+馬賽克像素風的對撞,很是出片。早餐可以吃到柳州特色的螺螄粉和鴨腳,也有本地人最愛的壇酸和各種糯米制品,口味都很地道。西式的烘焙,和各種現做蛋檔出品也很不錯。

房間很乾凈 不愧是萬豪旗下的酒店,服務熱情周到,辦完入住有專門的小哥送到電梯口,每遇到服務人員都熱情打招呼,遇到我們問路都主動相送,餐廳的水平也很高,餐品也不貴,還給我們做了我們愛吃的西紅柿炒雞蛋,餐廳收銀小美女特別可愛 問我們是不是萬豪會員,是的話打九折,我還以為自己不是,打算註冊一個,結果女孩給我們查出 來我是會員,從進到出 感覺都非常好,沒想到在這個小縣城找到如此高標準的酒店休息,太開心了。

房間非常智能化 要是房間還配有水果就完美,酒店離市區很近,滴滴打車非常方便,但這邊就是有個怪圈,出了高鐵站打不到滴滴,基本都是私家車和出租車,需要和對方周旋喊價格!去各個景點也是這樣!酒店早餐比較豐富,服務人員也非常熱情,床品非常舒適!

柳州三江萬怡酒店在三江算是數一數二的酒店了,位置優越環境優美,離程陽八寨也不遠,酒店的房間設施齊全乾凈整潔,床品極其舒適,酒店的早餐品種多樣味道不錯,酒店的服務也非常好,酒店有自己的地下停車場,方便自駕的朋友入住,強烈推薦大家入住柳州三江萬怡酒店

國慶節後兩天,客流回落,前台説可以升為庭院房,但是逼仄的院牆還不如普通大床房間,又換回來了。後一天説可以升為江景房,但是尋江周邊實在談不上什麼景觀,也懶得折騰了。衹要別給我面對大工地的房間,我就知足了。 酒店的裝飾比較有民族風,無論是靠墊布藝還是走廊裝飾,很有旅遊的氛圍,非常喜歡。就是房間內沒有浴缸,跑了一天沒法泡澡。 國慶前幾天晚上有自助餐,看評價性價比應該不錯,不過我們來的時候客人少就改成套餐了,好在廚師廚藝在線,吃的很滿意,居然連着兩晚上都沒有去縣城而是在酒店吃了同一個套餐,尤其喜歡他們自製的黑豆腐。早餐無功無過,不算豐盛。

在這個小城能有這樣規格的酒店還是蠻不容易的。酒店建築非常符合三江特色,民族氣息濃郁!但是又不失現代化風格,大堂活動豐富多彩孩子喜歡。房間非常乾淨,床特別舒服,躺着都不想起來了!酒店外賣都是機器人送到房門,早餐品種也非常豐富,作為外地人我們也都吃得習慣。都方面硬件軟件都沒得説。

我們在國慶期間從陽朔過來,同樣的價格在陽朔衹能住上還可以的民宿,到三江卻能住上這家五星配置的酒店還贈送兩大一小自助晚餐,簡直覺得太滿足了。酒店很大設施完善,房間也很漂亮舒適。尤其驚喜的是贈送的自助晚餐很好,肉類鮮嫩多汁,甜品甜而不膩,除了沒有魚生及海鮮外(畢竟價格擺在那裡),超出預期。

套餐升級庭院房,床很舒服,1.37,帶寶睡還是寬點好。游泳池室內的,還有室外娃娃池,就是漂白水味道有點重,25米。到三江鎮上不遠,過去風雨橋和鼓樓也就10來分鐘。途徑可以住一下,性價比在十一期間也不錯的
