Beautiful property with courteous staff. This is the best hotel in entire srivardhan and harihareshwar region. Food is very tasty, clean and hygienic. Proper security, electricity backup, room service. Secured car parking available.

Good food. Good resort. Clean room. Near the beach. Friendly staff. They gifted a kokan rice packet as a token of gesture.

I booked good rooms for good vacations. First day, no geyser and warm water and ac. They changed rooms but again with no ac. Again they wasted our time for frequent service with no results. I couldn’t imagine such a worst service except this place. Don’t understand mentality. I grown up with mindset of customer is god. This experience almost convinced me that despite of best scenario why kokan is underdeveloped. It needs your passion to make customer comfortable which was absent in this resort for stay. Having said that resort was too good.

A little disappointed with the experience we had during our stay: the food was not cooked in fresh oil and did not taste good at all, especially the lunch we had (breakfast was average) while booking the hotel it mentioned free wifi, but wifi connection was very poor and had no connection at all once u enter the room. The tv & ac wasn't working in our rooms. The ceiling paint was falling off from the room where my parents stayed, and then they had to shift the room. The pool was very dirty. The phone wasn't working in our parents room, so couldn't call the reception or room service. We had to call from our room. 2 good thing was the property was beautiful and had nice rooms, and the staff was very helpful and quick to response. The poor fellow had to come multiple times i'm our rooms to fix the tv, ac and shift our parents room and so on. The staff helped alot, but services not good

We booked 3 superior category rooms 301, 302 & 303 out of which there was no water in the washroom of 303, after 1 hour of delay we got room changed to 305. Utterly disappointed with the service and time taken to deliver the food. The food came in about 1 hour, then we waited for approx. 15-20 mins to get the cutlery, then again waited 30 mins for more roties. Although food was delicious. This is just a grounded hotel, not a resort as there is absolutely nothing here to spend time on. Swimming pool is too small and dirty. There is no kids play area, but they have tt table and pool table. Rooms were nice and cozy apart from the water issues and service issues. Need to improve to provide wholesome experience.

Property is well maintained and located at very peaceful location. Perfect place to relax. Located near aravi beach.

Pool was not clean. Decent stay. Breakfast has less options. Rooms are clean but electricity is a problem

Unhygienic conditions. The room’s upkeep wasn’t good. Food at the restaurant including the restaurant conditions were very mediocre. Poor overall experience

This was our first visit here and we were saddened by the service provided, we got rooms 1 hour late, complementary breakfast is limited and quality is ok, room service was not on time and swimming pool was not cleaned even after requested 01 day before. The manager at reception was very rude when we gave our feedback he said thoda baht kama jyada hot a he.

Hotel is good, service is good, food is very good. Staff is very courteous. Just one missing thing is the pool isn’t that big and not maintained well

Location - 10/10 very good located nearby to shrivardhan beach at walking distance of 10mins only. In travel-ling distance of max 45mins - have diveagar and harihareshwar food - 10/10 breakfast buffet - was awesome in taste with variety of options hygiene - 9/10 average maintain amenities - 6/10 swimming pool - too small to accommodate more than 3-4 people playing area - small for childrens too gym - not available ( need to add that) staff - 8/10 well behaved and cooperative but number staff in less to manage the complete show. Due to less staff average waiting time for lunch 20-30 mins during lunch/dinner providing buffet can better solvable solution to management.

Great place to stay with family. Excellent service. Breakfast had many options. And tasty too. Will visit again.

We had a great time here as a family. As the title suggested we had an excellent stay in aesthetically designed rooms, good food served and an excellent overall management. The check in was smooth and the rooms were ready in time as we checked in even on a busy weekend. The management was cordial and helped us with all basic necessity things when we checked in after a long drive with old aged parents. Breakfast served for next couple of days stay was fantabulous and with multiple options in their buffet. The food at Restaurant too was great and we ended having our meals at their Restaurant most of the times during our stay. Will surely recommend a stay here to fellow Travelers.. Thanks Meritas Seawind for an enjoyable experience for my family. Cheers..
