Hotel a 3 stelle a Srinagar

We r very happy with their services and food is awesome. Centralised heated rooms...Kashmiri Kahwa and proper room services. Hospitality is also best in class. They r helping in nature and provide 5 star facilities. We r very grateful for the Kaisar's services

Comfortable stay. This is a 3 star property. Hotel is pretty small so, has limited rooms which gets occupied quickly. Lifts are there but, you need to go 5-6 steps to reach the lift. And, few steps down stairs to reach the lift which, might be hessel for elderly or someone on wheelchair. Reception staff was not bad. Rooms were good and spacious. Clean rooms so, house keeping did a nice job. Bathrooms were clean but, needs some renovation as, some tiles around shower area were broken which is unsafe for child to access washroom alone. Small room heater and bed heater was there.  Though, we didnt need it as we were there in April and, it was a pleasent climate. No ACs in case you are going there in hot climate. Limited option for breakfast which is a made to order menu. Though, food tasted very good. Food quality and taste at Ahdoos is very good. Staff at breakfast time could be little more attentive and courteous. Their cafe has some super desserts. Their wazwan was good. Location is superb. Hyper store right in front of hotel. Sunday bazzar starts in front. Walking distance to famous shopping market. We reccomend this property if you are in Srinagar.

The location was kind of convenient but then again, to what? The service was friendly, proficient and professional. I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine. The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

Myself imam patil Raja Ram keshao ex service *** from kolhpor stayed at hotel grand Habib at rajbagh with my wife for the specific priod 9.12.2023to 12.12.2023.during our sty in this hotel,the following aspects have been observed by me. a, Accommodation ar rooms have been fernished -all necseeesry facelities are extremely best b, Mesing accommodation is also decent -quality of menu . I.e breakfast and dinner prepared and served is absolutely nice . c. Cleaningness ia also extremely d. Nature of staff is co.operative and there moral is also always pleasent E. Staff are serving for the visitors as service to the people as service to the god on the concept Patil RK . Location of the hotel is good. We booked this hotel from make my trip. It was clearly mentioned that complimentary late check out is avaialable. We checked in late in the night after having a site seen. Upon requesting late checkout , we were denied even though rooms were avaialable. Front desk staff was rude. Hotel manager was too nice. He handled our special request nicely and went out of the box to prepare food for us.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting kashmir. 02. They were extremely accommodating and waited for our check in at 12 pm. We got to hotel super later. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. 03. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel zamrud. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues! 04. The staff at this property are all great! they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please hotel zamrud give your staff awards! 05. Took advantage of the dal lake location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat. 06. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in srinagar. The dal lake area on main street is a best kept secret and the hotel zamrud offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

Pros view of dal lake reasonably priced food cons the bed was cricking sound, even when my 7 year old turned over the majority of power outlets were not working. Electric blanket on one side of bed was not working electric blanket in one room was given after asking for it multiple times the shower head was not working, we managed with bucket and mug the fitted carpet in the floor was dirty staff was not well behaved
