This s really bad experience for me , I choose this hotel from comment that show as this s good but in fact hotel very old , not value for money at all , service not good so i recommend for don’t choose this place

Good hospitality,good staffs.neat and clean rooms.Special mention to their Manager Waseem bhai who sacrificed his Eid celebration with family for taking care of our group.Safe place for us as we were a group of 16 women and 3 minor children..

The cultural experience at Vally orchid in Srinagar and Pahalgam left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. And highly recommend because of its clean and comfortable rooms

Great stay,good ambience..Good room service and timely wake up calls for breakfast..All winter and summer needs like AC,ROOM HEATER,KETTLE,TV,GEYSER,WESTERN TOILETS and all other basic amenities are provided. Healthy breakfast and descent dinner experience.Support for tour packages as well as given with genuine suggestions at affordable price.I strongly suggest this hotel for a family stay.

this hotel far away from main road. especially food was very average. morning breakfast they do not provide egg items. if you want eggs you have to give order some times they give complimentary. otherwise staff in restaurant say no. hotel does not have lift.

Pleasent stay with family. All staff is good , responsive , rooms are good . Dinner and breakfast is very good . Rooms are very clean . We are happy to stay there . We got prompt service. Management is good. We got all things planned , timely . We got good service .

The best service ,good food ,good location cooperative and familiar staff feel us as our own home. Specially service from Mr Wasim was extraordinary. A pleasant stay, very helpfull stuff,delicious food, well maintained, neat and cleaned and beautiful and ambient surroundings. The manager Mr Waseem was very helpful and cheerful and always there for any help. The restaurant was very neat and food quality was very good and all the hotel staff were well behaved and jolly. Very secure for all women group. We had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend for a stay.
