Value for money Receptionist altaf is polite and helpful Good location near the dal lake Interior of the room is nice but the food is not upto the mark Other facilities like hot water, room heater are all ok If you want to visit with family or couple its not a bad deal at all

Altaf was courteous and helpful. Walking distance from Nishat Mughal and Shalimar Gardens and Dal lake walkway. Room are equipped with heaters and hot water for bath and other uses is available almost all the time. Staff is sincere and polite.

Very good .Altaf bhai and Showkat did good service. Rooms were good and comfortable. The location also is good. Rooms are maintained good. Food for breakfast was also good. There are mughal gardens nearby and also Dal lake is nearby. We liked our stay

Location is very close to dal lake. Staff was courteous and welcoming. Food menu could be more elaborating, however taste was quite good. Bedding and furniture was little old style, but comfortable. Outside facade was very beautiful and aesthetically designed

Tasty food and nice hospitality lovely place altaf sir helped me a lot showkat ji also guided me and helped me a lot for route Room was neat n clean ambiance was also very nice Lots of parking is also available Garden area was very well maintained Washroom was at height of luxury

Very good experience. Altaf was the assigned person and he was very polite and made us feel like a family. Enjoyed the day. Must visit place. Food was good and all the staff were good and polite and made us feel free and confutable. Loved the restaurant stay and food

Altaf , was very good in accommodate the guests and very helpful in taking care of us , food was also good . we really recommend the hotel for family , friend and couples stays ! Hotel was vey clean and hygiene ,our stay was good . Over all good experience .Thanks

Excellent Stay, Super Food and very friendly Staffs...Shaukat bhai and Altaf Bhai, Nice Stay and great view and opposite to dal lake. Nice and pleasent atmosphere all together...Very much recommended for a super Stay 👌 Thanks for and amazing experience.

Firstly, the location of the resort is beautiful, it’s close to dal lake and surrounded by mountains. The resort is very well maintained. Mr Altaf is very welcoming and polite. Food is decent. Would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a stay in a peaceful area away from city chaos.
