apart from the beautiful location, all other services are very average and misguiding. The concerned contact person , whose number has been mentioned at the invoice is not at all helpful and he misguided us wrt availability of food and other services. Infact in spite of repeated attempt he never spoke to us properly , never replied to the whats app and did not provide any service. Property is very average and no decoration is there inside the boat.all four walls are made of normal ply and they even did not bother to cover the same .overall experience is not good as found in the rating .

Firstly, Ill start with the owner Hameed. He was absolutely amazing and picked up and dropped off my parents to and from the airport. He was super helpful and made the stay extremely comfortable! The views from the boathouse were beautiful and the boathouse itself was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this for anyone travelling to Srinagar and want to experience staying on a boathouse on a lake!

It’s a wonderful stay here.. nice food, very cooperative staff and clean houseboat… washroom is very clean and have bathtub…. This can be 1st choice for staying in Nagin lake.. It’s economical as per availability of facility…. Have good time

To start with words are too short to say "It was an amazing experience" Initially we had planned for one night stay but the ambience and hospitality they offered made us extend for 4 more nights. The Owner Mr. Hamid is a gem of a person who makes sure your every bit of a second is memorable with this legendary experience in houseboat service and cab facility made our kashmir trip a cakewalk and successful. Right from airport pickup to airport drop we were one among the family. This houseboat is aesthetically decorated which showcases Kashmiri art and culture. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy washroom with hot water facility. The heater and electric blanket always kept us warm in this freezing weather. Oh my God, the homemade food was very delicious and healthy especially the Nadru (lotus stem) karum ka sag with meat was mouthwatering. We loved the Kashmiri Kawa which is good for digestion and kept us away from catching cold. Mr. Gowar is kind, friendly and attentive person providing good hospitality. We would wish to continue this legacy with Golden flower Heritage in coming years. Thank you Mr. Hamid and family for making our stay safe, secure and memorable. Highly recommended!!!

The trip was simply amazing. Mr.Hamid Dunoo and team are very warm and hospitable. We were there for three days and it was a memorable experience. This was the fourth time we were here. Right from the time we landed at Srinagar till the time of departure everything was well arranged. Gauhar is a good cook and excellent service person.It was a memorable trip.
