Very clean with variety of breakfast buffet choices. Staff is also very polite and ready to accommodate guests. Nice and stylish reception area. Good security system at the gate with every vehicle checked before entering the premises.

Very good service. Excellent room with auto upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. It was a happy stay.

The location was kind of convenient but then again, to what? The service was friendly, proficient and professional. I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine. The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

The staff were very lovely and helpful, especially Usman Tahir, Chef Waseem Khan, and the entire team. A small suggestion for improvement: please consider enhancing the breakfast menu for more variety. Everything was good at hotel, specially the housekeeping person WASEEM was very helpful with all services.m and also guide us the places to explore with best view in srinagar. All other staff members were also just a call away for the help at any time.

We stayed for 5 nights and the stay was comfortable and good. Very courteous staff. Good breakfast spread. Special thanks to Ishwak, Arhar, Nasir Ali, Sajad Nabi all from F&B. Very hospitable and courteous. Nasir Ahmed and Muzamil from house keeping were so helpful and always available. Asif in front office was very helpful and friendly. Overall a very nice and I recommend this hotel and it is value worth the money. Location is good and not crowded.

So Nice , Luxurius property with luxurious staff.Each staff is polite.Specially Thanks to Sayyad bhai at Reception Counter,all Sheff and dinning staff also good.Very helpful behaviour of all staff . Thanks to make my kashmir trip memorable...VEG food quality also good..like Papdi-chatt,Gol-gappe,Chease Paratha,Fresh Water melon Juice, Coffee and if you not feeling well they also made for you Dal Khichadi like your home with full of Ghee.. I get experiance .... Thanks Alot...! I also get experiance of their Sonmarg Property ...It also Best (Veg Food Quality also) ...!!

First of all I would like to say many many thanks to Chef Vaseem and Sahnwaz for excellent preparation of food I don't have words on how to explain my happiness the way they give me the food which was absolutely fantastic mind blowing , what taste of food we went for family Lunch and had excellent food , the quality of food was really good. Thanks the chef keeps preparing lovely food

Had the good fortune of meeting Mr. Tramboo, the owner of the Four Points, on the plane to Srinagar. He suggested we stay at his hotel, and I’m happy we did. He also recommended some places to visit in Srinagar. The hotel has great service, location and food. Rooms were very nice.

Came here for business trip with tata group, went to gulmarg wonderful Kashmir wonderful stay at 4 points Usama,Mubashir was amazing at front dest. Food quality at the hotel was amazing, rooms were very clean very spacious, overall stay was good.

We two couples stayed for four nights in Four Point By Sheraton Srinagar in October 2024 during Puja Holidays. Rooms were clean n well loaded. Though there is no view from rooms and neither any garden in hotel over all ambiance was good. Every day Breakfast was like celebration. Spread were sumptuous n yummy everyday with variations. Thanks to Chef Waseem Khan for taking special care of our requirements and made our stay memorable.
