We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel WelcomHeritage Grand. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special mention goes to Radif, Faizan, and Jasira – their thoughtful service, kindness, and genuine conversations made our stay truly memorable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mustafa Uncle, in the garden and his son, Talat Mustafa. Both are incredibly humble and down-to-earth – it didn’t feel like we were speaking to the owners of the hotel, but to warm family friends. That personal touch is something very rare to find. The hotel itself is stunning. Every corner reflects careful thought and detail, from the comfort of the rooms to the beauty of the design. The intricate Kashmiri handiwork paired with subtle Moroccan aesthetics creates an atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting. The staff has clearly gone above and beyond to anticipate every need, making guests feel at home while still providing a luxury experience. Without a doubt, this has been the best hotel and travel experience I’ve ever had. When I return to Kashmir, there is no question – I’ll be staying at Hotel WelcomHeritage Grand again.

Hotel is very good clean hygenic and at very good location. Food is very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff is always smiling and humble. The hotel is located at very convenient location. Close distance from the airport. Good size rooms, nice menue with lovely food. Big lawan where we chilled out and had our evening tea and Meal All the hotel staff were polite, helpful and very pleasant. The hospitality was far excellent. Mr. Talat went out of the way look after all eight of us. They arranged a candlelight dinner with a singer from the hotel side for our group which was great. I will highly recommend individual or family group visiting Srinagar to consider this hotel for their stay. Overall appearance of the hotel is very good
