This hotel seemed a good value but we had a major issue. After several tries, even the staff could not get the key card to work. Another room was provided but unfortunately, we could not access medication, feminine hygiene products, toiletries, food/water. I deducted points from the service score as we were left without updates as to when maintenance would assist us. Trip customer service reported that nobody would answer the phone when they tried to assist us. It was not until I inquired that were were informed were would be locked out until the next morning. As a result, I had to go out and purchase necessities. Despite the cost and inconvenience all Trip.com offered was $5 in coins, which is unacceptable. The hotel said they would refund to our card but since we booked Trip the couldn't do anything. That said, the staff was courteous and professional, one staff member even loaned us a phone charge cable which was appreciated. The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and this was the best part of the stay. Breakfast: I don't recommend the breakfast. The offerings were very similar to other hotels but preparation seems to be the weak link. For example, the sausage appeared to have just thawed and was colder than room temp. The eggs were watery with brown chunks in them, perhaps from scorching the bottom. TLDR: Our needs were minimal and without our difficulties with the key cards and breakfast this would have been a good value. It's concerning that a hotel doesn't have a way to access a room in an emergency scenario.

This hotel is advertised as having a pool and breakfast. Neither of these are accurate! The pool was out of bounds and they apparently had 'no staff' for breakfast. It took us nearly an hour to get into our room because they gave us the keys to an occupied room at first!! And then the locks didn't work on the next available room. The hotel didn't think they should compensate us for the breakfast we had to purchase and worse of all when we contacted the hotel, they barefaced LIED about is 'using the pool'! Wyndham needs to take a good look at this hotel and I would caution anyone thinking of booking here. if the staff are willing to lie about you after you leave, what else are they capable of? Book somewhere more trustworthy. And shame on Wyndham for falsely advertising and refusing to help me recoup any money.

Clean room, used Choice points for 3 night stay, Breakfast was fine and met expectations, Coffee maker was missing from room. The Coffee was there but no maker. I requested one and they said they were ordered. I asked if they could get one from an empty room, and they declined. Not a special guest but i do like my coffee and spend about 200 nights on the road a year. I am the business guest they want to groom and attend to. Of course, I did not raise the point on the desk staff. Had south facing room on 2nd floor which was private as NOTHING is on the south side of the hotel except vacant land. Will request South side for next stay. On the plus side, room was clean, service otherwise was good. BEST thing was that coffee in the breakfast room had BIG cups. Maybe 12 oz or 16 oz and not those little ones. I even complimented them on it. And the coffee was available all day so it worked out. Great area, 10 million places to eat or shop. Close to Target, WalMart, Sams and even Office DePot and a million restaurants. Mostly the typical and upper scale chains. Would stay there again for sure.

Buona posizione con una bella strada privata nel mezzo per i camion grandi per parcheggiare. Un po 'confusionale trovare l'ingresso principale nel freddo, ma in generale un grande posto per rimanere. Le letti potrebbero essere un po 'più confortevole.

Sono rimasto in questo luogo in passato e la mia esperienza è stata grande, quindi ho ripreso la prenotazione questa volta. Sono arrivato all'hotel e ho controllato bene, sono andato nella mia stanza, e ha un odore orribile. Ho fatto il mio controllo di routine della stanza e il letto di divano era di legno sporco. Il bagno era malo odore e c’erano capelli sul bagno e nel tubo. Ho fatto la recinzione davanti a me, e non c’era nessuna custodia. Chiedo di pulire le forniture e di pulire il letto da divano, perché non mi trovavo in una stanza di questo tipo. Quando ho chiesto di parlare con un manager, mi ha consigliato di aspettare fino a lunedì, anche se mi sono recata domenica. Ho chiesto alla signora di chiamare il manager, in ultima analisi, hanno mandato qualcuno a pulire la stanza, ma il fatto che dovessi pulire me stesso era inizialmente impaziente di dire il meno. Vengo a Springfield ogni anno allo stesso tempo, devo riconsiderare se questo sarà il mio hotel di scelta la prossima volta.

Ho soggiornato in un certo numero di Microtels...Li ho sempre trovati ben tenuti. L'uno a Springfield era una delusione. Abbiamo arrivato quasi due ore dopo l'ispezione. La nostra stanza non era pronta, quindi ci è stato chiesto di aspettare nel lobby per diversi minuti. La decorazione del lobby era bella, ma le sedie del tessuto erano ovviamente indossate. La nostra stanza sembrava stanca anche. C’era un bel sedile da finestra, ma il pannolino era indossato e sporco. C’era un asciugamano bagnato e bagnato sul gancio dietro la porta del bagno. Nessuna tovagliola. La TV a distanza era insostenibile. La stanza era pulita e i letti e le mutande erano comodi. Era tranquillo. L'hotel ha un grande potenziale, ma manca la manutenzione e la manutenzione sembrano essere anche.
