Absolutely incredible experience for our extended family stay in Spokane. Rooms are well maintained, comfortable, and clean. Fitness Center and Pool are conveniently located and accessible with your card key. We had outstanding service for breakfast both days: excellent food and service. Coffee in the room. WiFi. Spacious room to work or relax. We have stayed at the Historic Davenport and Davenport Grand. We have decided this is the place to return. I cannot say enough about the welcoming hospitality by everyone at the Hotel. It is also a great place for families to relax and visit in the common areas. Big recognition to the Front Desk team, especially Lisa. Thank you for making this a memorable experience for our family. Lifetime Titanium Member.

La camera era pulita e confortevole. Il colazione era il prezzo normale, ma c'erano scelte, era ben presentata e almeno una delle signore che lavorava il colazione era molto ansiosa di aiutare e molto piacevole. Alcuni dei funzionari del front desk non erano molto amichevoli, ma non sto colpendo questo hotel perché poche persone del front desk erano molto amichevoli e utili (differenze in persone che immagino). Vicino a I-90 così facile per me andare a ovest a Washington o Est a Idaho per ottenere il mio lavoro. Non avrei problemi con restare in questo Holiday Inn Express di nuovo.

Check in: Put us directly across from elevator - Fail We mobile checked in (never again) was not offered $10 F/B credit upon check in Was made to feel since we mobile checked in we didn't need hard keys (I have two kids that need hard keys) Generally put off as a bother Was recognized as Titanium but told that parking was complimentary because of that (it's not, it's free for everyone) Stay: Food line was extremely long in cafe one morning, the other was ok, food service was great by two of the three employees one was an order taker should be at a fast food restaurant This property used to be nice, but it's location adjacent to division means loud cars at all hours (that's a Washington state problem by not inspecting cars anymore) No housekeeping except upon request 3 pillows per queen instead of 4 no extra blankets Homeless people spotted twice in two days in the lobby Trail users park their cars during the day in prime spots, parking not enforced Premium internet is 20 down 20 up mediocre Moved rooms to avoid the elevator, again treated as we were asking for the world Poor water pressure 3 towels per room should be twice that especially with no housekeeping No bars of soap in Marriott's anymore (liquid body wash only) Upon checkout, when I asked to be granted my F/B credit, I was argued with and told I should have asked upon check in..... WHY? What possible reason could you give me, none. IS that noted in T&C's? If I was recognized as Titanium at check-in, the burden is on YOU, not the guest. Good: Provided free toothbrushes to the kids who forgot, food was cooked well Summary: Downtown Spokane is past it's prime with traffic, violence, homelessness, and now what used to be a terrific location and hospitable property is now just loud and dangerous, pinching pennies and forgetting why they are in the hospitality industry. Recommendation: SpringHill Suites by the airport is much better. Owner: Marriott International (corp owned?)

The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. He was from New Mexico and ver friendly. The bed is one of the best I’ve ever slept on! Maybe it was just our room but it was awesome. The room was very clean and the toiletries were a step up from Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast began early which was helpful to us. It was a great breakfast. Nice place.
