Beneficial guys at the reception! We had to check in a while before 3 pm. They tried to help with the internet, but it ”died”. Breakfast is good with waffles, several kinds of bread, porridge, yogurt, and coffee available all the time in that room. Trolley to drive the luggage on. Handicap accessible. Quite nice area with many restaurants and shops. The internet works sometimes, and not sometimes. Beds were not too soft, and we liked that! The pillows were in between. A TV is available in the small breakfast room. You should put furniture pads on chairs and tables! There is a terrible noise when someone moves the furniture! Filthy carpet in our room!

We stayed 2 nights in a king pet friendly room. The hotel is quite large and it’s on a side street right off of a very busy street which made for easy access to and from the hotel. Our room was toward the busier street side and got street noise if the slider was opened but otherwise pretty quiet. Our first night they were at capacity and parking was a bit tight. The second night it was still busy but less cars and better parking. With the exception of the one front desk gentleman who needs a refresher in how to talk with customers without being rude, everyone was amazing. They were friendly and it felt genuine. You could see How hard they were working and were taking pride in their work. Special Kudos to Kylie for her customer service. It was very clean and the lobby and patio area was very large with lots of seating and tables. Outside had nice views and also fireplaces. There was grass outside the pet rooms for easy access and another small area for them as well. Breakfasts were great! I was really surprised to see each morning they had soy, almond and oat milk along with dairy options. They also had gluten free cereal. Being dairy and gluten free this made me so happy. Other breakfast items were the typical oats, cold cereals, various bread and muffins, eggs,sausages, biscuits and gravy, warm cinnamon rolls and a pancake machine. Beverages of coffee, teas and juices. Their breakfast attendant was very friendly and was on top of everything. They also do a manager’s reception Mon-Wed that provides a light dinner and a beverage including beer, wine and sodas. Monday was sandwiches with chips and fruits and Tuesday was Tacos. Now for the not so good. It states it’s a non smoking hotel, signs saying no smoking within 25 feet of entrances yet the patio and doors were full of smokers at all times of day. People were smoking on the balconies which then made our room smell like smoke. At one point it was really uncomfortable bringing kids through the front door with people smoking pot at the entrance and the smell was overwhelming. There were multiple ashtrays at outside tables and on balconies which didn’t seem right given their policies. They really had some amazing staff but they were visibly overworked. The hotel should have more people especially during the Manger’s reception. The front desk ladies were running back forth between duties at the reception and the front desks with customers. Customers should be nicer to staff especially on those days. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and would recommend the hotel if your not bothered by the smoking

The rooms are cleanly, organized and spacious. Still smoker friendly!!!! Staff is professional. Within walking distance of plenty of goods services and food. The TV is respectable size and channels are sufficient. It is generally a good experience here.

Lei si comportava come se fossi stato io a fare qualcosa di sbagliato quando le ho detto che non avevo ancora controllato, ma lei ha chiesto perché?? era prima di controllare il tempo, quindi Idk perché pensava fosse il suo business e era solo invasivo. Il cameriere del desk front non poteva essere meno curato quando li informiamo. Sono anche conosciuti per sparare le persone per motivi compiuti, così possono tenere i soldi e il deposito, e per motivi compiuti di deposito, ma il deposito è molto economico almeno.
