For an older hotel it was clean, kept up and had a friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. Breakfast served which was nice. Desk managers were all very nice...

Old, run down and dirty. Smelled like urine and ****. Just an overall gross facility. Staff, when not out front smoking was friendly at least. Wyndham should probably take their name off of this property.

No working TV in room, bathroom drain would not go down, filthy floors in room and outside hallways, cover for heat fell to the floor, no fan in bathroom . No apologies when we checked out. Will not be staying here again.

Our room had bed bugs and was the property didnt feel safe. I'm currently requesting a refubd as i prepaid via *******.

This hotel is very dirty, stinky and is in an unsafe part of town. Pick another place! Plus ******* overcharged me for this.

There was a pizza box left in the fridge. The bathroom was big, but it was like a business toilet and business sink..

We really liked the pool and hot tub and that it had a quick little breakfast that we could grab before starting our day.

No ice in the ice machine. Garbage overflowing from the wall bin. Floors were dirty and had not been vaccumed

This Hotel was horrible. So dirty and smells. Pics are nothing like the actual hotel. We left after one night. Front desk ladies were very nice though. They didn't charge us for the next night.

I made a reservation here only because I wanted to use the hot tub , and it’s “closed for cleaning”. I’m glad they are cleaning it but I am tired of making reservations at places that say they have a hot tub, and it’s closed, needs repairs etc etc. this happens more times than I can remember. Ridiculous!

Stayed in your motel for five days ask for room to be clean three days but nothing was done.. not very helpful stay

I liked the staff, very knowledgeable especially the young lady working on the front desk Friday, she is a keeper and so very thoughtful..Thank you very much!

You pay for what you get. No complaints whatsoever because we knew what we were getting ourselves into, but if you were looking for a family-friendly hotel you may have to look elsewhere. The building is old, but the rooms were kept clean. Breakfast has scrambled eggs and sausage, but that's really it. It was disappointing for a hotel breakfast, but we still got it so again no complaints. The area feels unsafe, but as long as you mind your own business or come with a positive attitude, it was fine. The highlight is the staff. They are the best. I got to talk to one of them and they are friendly and helpful. Each time I asked for a towel, they were able to get it for me. Room service does not come everyday, but that was okay. Overall, this is your average place and perfect if you're just looking for a place to stay.

When I arrived I was almost treated with hostility by the desk clerk. At which point I found out the laundry equipment was broken down. The hotel had posted signs that the pool and hot tub were open from 9:00 a.m. until midnight. The next morning I got up at 9:00 a.m. to eat breakfast and take a dip. In the hot tub only to be scolded by the pool boy who was doing maintenance after 9:00 a.m. none of the staff at this hotel are friendly or approachable. They treat guests with hostility.
