Una visita molto piacevole a persone gentili, semplici e pacifiche. Mi piace molto la posizione della casa famiglia, fuori dal centro, in salita, devi muovere il culo per raggiungerla. L'onsen più caldo in cui sono stato haha ​​ma anche il più comodo perché è privato. Mi manca già Rum, che bel cane, così come tutto lo staff. Una sosta davvero degna ad Hakone con la gente del posto che si sente vera in una zona piena di turismo. Grazie mille per esserti preso cura dei miei bagagli dopo il check-in, sono quei gesti che contano davvero!

Questo B&B si trova vicino alla stazione di Shangdicang, dopo essere scesi dall'autobus lo troverete girando lungo il pendio. Il B&B è una struttura in stile giapponese, gestita da pochi giovani in società. I ristoranti di Hakone chiudono presto e i B&B offrono agli ospiti pasti semplici, tra cui hamburger, riso al curry e ramen per cena, insalate e pane per colazione e bevande tra cui succhi di frutta, latte, caffè e vino a prezzi ragionevoli. Il B&B ha un cane di nome Ram, che è molto carino e molto entusiasta nei confronti dei turisti. Se vivi da solo, puoi scegliere una stanza. Viaggiando con gli amici, puoi scegliere di condividere le stanze. Qui puoi lavare e asciugare i vestiti, fare la doccia, immergerti nelle sorgenti termali e chiacchierare con il proprietario del B&B. Molti giovani sono molto entusiasti, alcuni hanno studiato in Cina e parlano cinese semplice.

A nice hostel, very recommended if you are a budget traveller. They also have a private onsen. I like the place. Just bring and put a mosquito repellant when you stay outside of the hostel, it is given because Hakone is located in a mountain area with lots of trees.

Great place to stay that’s affordable in the area. Has a cute dog and a hot tub for 1 person which is not the nicest one but it is pleasant to soak in for a bit

Location is around 20mins bus journey from hakone yumoto station to kami-sokokura bus stop, Towel need to pay a fee, do bring your own if you want to save money. There is a private onsen at the shower area.

Great place for a short stay, quite rural area.

i really love to explore so i just love the location since it needs to go up for a bit from the bus station.. overall service +ramu (the friendly dog) is best 🫶.. my only concern is the cold toilet and bed.. but i guess its just worth the money we paid plus its winter and was snowing when we stay...oh! i forgot ..i tried the little onsen./ofuro .. i love it since its natural !!😄😄

The location was about a km away from Kowakidani Sta. Not really far but the recommended path by Google Maps (at least to me) was along the mountain highway. It was rainy and i was walking alone at night. I sometimes pass by vehicles on the road 🥲 I was late for checkin (past 22:00) so I had my Japanese friend call the hostel. They said it's okay to come until 23:00 as the hostel cafe is also open until then. The bedspace in the mixed dorm was spacious enough and the ladder for the upper beds was sturdy. *The restroom in the main hostel is better maintained than the one in the annex. The hostel restaurant is very nice and they let me stay for a bit after checkout as the rain was pouring that day. The owner's dog is named Rum 🥹

Cozy little hut with onsen! Located upslope, difficult to manage travel time as the last bus end pretty early. Without a hakone pass each bus ride can cost 600-700 yen. First night was great. 2nd night was disruptive with loud snores from another travellers🥺 There should be a weight limit on those sleeping in the upper bunk too. Good for 2 days short trip in Hakone

Own onsen, cute dog, but very poor conditions regarding cleanliness. The poorest so far in Japan (been here for a month).

Super cute guesthouse tucked away in a quaint mountain neighborhood of Hakone. This adorable and clean home has bright and lively shared spaces, where you will find happy guests chatting away in the cafe/bar. The hosts are around 24/7 if you need anything and at the cafe or close by all day. They are super friendly and ready to help with your needs. This place is really designed like a shared home and feels cozy and welcoming! The location is really convenient with a small shrine, little shops, bus stops, 7/11, and train station 5-7 min walk away but be sure you know which direction you want to go… the roads branch off like a tree (you can check directions with the hosts first). Loved Rum (host dog) and loved my stay!

The host was really helpful alongside his assistant Rum the Dog - so friendly. Loved the Onsen, really appreciate the service rendered me during my stay. The host showed great knowledge of attractions and discounts - a definite must stay and will return very soon.

有一隻非常可愛的狗狗，店家很友善。是傳統的日式民宿，比較舊但是設施也算齊全，睡榻榻米很舒服。也有一間公共的溫泉可以使用，民宿有早餐和晚餐，還有酒精飲品。外面就是山景很清幽，不過需要上山坡才能到，可能比較多行李會很麻煩。

Мы проживали в небольшом 2хместном номере. Говоря о небольшом - после того, как мы разложили матрасы, для вещей места не осталось. Отель расположен в 2х домах. Если туалет был в нашем здании, то чтобы помыться, нужно было идти в соседнее по улице через бар. Окно выходило в скалу и свет туда не попадал. В отеле есть собственный горячий источник с довольно высокой температурой. Ванна небольшая, на одного человека. В баре отеля можно собраться, поесть, посидеть. Очень понравился хозяин отеля. Хорошо говорил по английски, помог сориентироваться на местности. У нас в компании было 2 именинника, он сделал им алкогольные подарки. Когда на второй вечер места в баре были заняты, а мы хотели посидеть, хозяин организовал нам стол и стулья на улице. Вокруг отеля горы до леса, поют птицы, внизу шумит река. Расположен в стороне от оживленных трасс, при этом недалеко и от жд станции и от автобусной остановки
