Seven Seas Residence is a gem of a hotel. Lara who greeted us on arrival was friendly and very helpful. We arrived before our agreed check in time but were shown to our rooms within minutes. Our room was much nicer than we expected - clean with lots of room and a well equipped bathroom. We would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Split.

The interior was in perfect condition, breakfast was good and towels were changed daily. They even have a Netflix Account for all rooms. I would recommend and book it again.

Great stay here in October - the place was clean, modern and well equipped. Breakfast was so handy - plenty of options and a nice seating area. The staff were so helpful, couldn’t recommend them enough!
Based in a residential area so it is nice and quiet, though a little off the beat and track, but an easy 10-15 min walk to the town!

Very clean, the staff is very friendly as well. I absolutely loved it. Close to everything, we walked everywhere, didn’t touch our car once since the time we parked it. Will stay here again if we ever come back to Split.

The hotel was good for us. It is located next to the old town, 10-15 min walk. But two things to remember: the hotel does not have an elevator; and if you want to pay at the hotel be ready to pay with cash.

It is a nice hotel all round, it is not exactly conveniently located but still within walking distance from the old town. But like a lot of similar hotels here, you need to ask for the kettle if you need one.
