⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fabulous stay at the newly opened Halyard! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by an amazing scent in the reception area that set the tone for our entire visit. The design of the hotel is simply stunning, blending modern elegance with cozy comfort. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home from the start. We indulged in some of the small plates food in the Voyager, and it was absolutely delicious! The Botanic Lounge space was the perfect spot for an evening cocktail, offering a serene and stylish atmosphere. Our room was a haven of comfort, with beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. I particularly loved the dressing room space, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Halyard Hotel. Highly recommended!

Stayed one night for races at Aintree, lovely welcome on arrival with a glass of fizz. We were unable to check in first thing but were able to leave luggage. Check in in the evening was efficient and all staff were very helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely (small plates menu). The restaurant and bar staff were lovely all evening. Room was very modern and spacious. 10 mins or so walk to Liverpool One. We will definitely return.

The staff you are greeted by as you check in are all very pleasant and helpful and that theme carries on throughout the hotel . Everyone we met were lovely . The room itself was perfect , immaculate and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more. Breakfast each morning was very enjoyable and served by staff who also excelled by the attention they give you . First class and the chefs also deserve a mention as they produce great food and great chat . A fabulous hotel on every level

We stayed here as a family over a weekend and, on the whole, enjoyed our stay. As a positive - this is a nice, clean new hotel situated very centrally for exploring Liverpool. The rooms are a nice size and the beds are very comfortable. Helpful staff. On a negative, the hotel is situated in a very vibrant area of the city and, if you're located at the back of the hotel, it is very loud at night (we stayed Fri/Sat). The street behind the hotel has lots of bars and restaurants in it, and there was still noise at 4am (despite being up on the 5th floor). Not ideal if you are a light sleeper or have children! We had to ask to be moved to the front of the hotel for our second night and it was literally like staying in a completely different place. To add, the person on reception was very helpful ensuring we were able to move.

Outstanding hotel. Great location in walking distance of the docks, Liverpool One, train station and bustling nightlife - but - rooms were very quiet, we couldn't hear a thing (we were in room 303). Excellent facilities and rooms well-designed, with a large walk-in shower, very comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. Modern, pleasant decor throughout and very clean. What really stood out were the welcoming, happy, friendly and exceptionally helpful staff team. The team really couldn't do enough for you and that really shines through and makes all the difference. When we visit Liverpool again, this will be where we stay.

Amazing stay. Beautiful hotel. Amazing rooms and fabulous staff (the whole team). I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in liverpool! Food was fantastic, breakfast was fantastic too. It would be great if they offered more alternatives for gluten free breakfast (even just taking off the gluten items of a full english) but what i was offered was beautiful. The staff team super attentive, friendly and helpful. Cant wait to go back. Great location for a great time!

Exceptional! We have stayed in lots of different hotels in Liverpool but this is the best! You won’t be disappointed from arriving to leaving. Comfy beds, clean, excellent room facilities, shower great pressure, breakfast and service excellent. The staff including cleaners, maids all happy and efficient, friendly. Well done halyard! We will be back, Anthony and Kelly

AVOID!!! We stayed here for 2 nights. Once we got home I realised £300 cash was missing from my bag. My bag was in my suitcase hidden under my clothes. Meaning the cleaner or whoever had access to the room rummaged through my stuff to find it. I never took it out the room so couldn’t have been taken at any other point. When we told the hotel all they said was we should have used the safe…. And that they would speak to management and come back to us, but shock they didn’t.
