Hotel con parcheggio a Nha Trang

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e la camera con vista mare è fantastica. La colazione era abbondante e abbondante. Il personale della reception è stato molto disponibile nel sistemare le nostre camere una accanto all'altra, dato che viaggiamo in famiglia. Sebbene non sia possibile garantire la disponibilità su nostra richiesta, hanno fatto del loro meglio e lo abbiamo apprezzato molto. La posizione è comoda e a pochi passi dal mercato notturno, dal centro commerciale e dalla spiaggia.

The main benefit is definitely the location, it's not far from the the downtown of Nha Trang, so in comparison to other resorts, here you can order a taxi and get to the city center within 10-20 minutes. The resort itself is great, everything is new and clean, very scenic view from the lobby, the staff is polite and caring. Breakfasts are tasty. The terrirory (beach and alleys) is not big, but on the other hand the resort has two swimming pools, so it was easy enough to find a sun lounger even during busy hours. I would recommend this type of vacation experience for families with children, as imho for couples and lone travellers this kind of resort would be a little bit boring and for the families with kids all conditions are provided: children can enjoy the swimming pool and parents can chill under the sun.

This hotel boasts a great location, friendly reception Annie and Bellman always smiling /don't know the name/, and efficient service, ensuring a comfortable stay. All the things near by hotel commencing from Shopping center /Vincom plaza/, spa and massagae / Coconut and Nha Trang VIP/, beach club /Sailing club/, coffee shops / Starbucks, Highlands, Phuc Long/ etc... We would love to come again.

Prima di venire, ho chiesto all'hotel di riservarmi una stanza alta e tranquilla. L'hotel ha fatto in modo che vivessi al 24° piano. La mia camera d'albergo costava solo 280 dollari di Hong Kong e la colazione era inclusa. Ne è valsa già la pena Ho aperto la porta. La vista sul mare è così attraente ed è divertente sedersi davanti alla finestra e guardare la marea. Adoro quel materasso e ho dormito così bene. Anche la pressione dell'acqua della doccia è buona, la stanza è molto silenziosa, la donna delle pulizie fa un buon lavoro ed è molto pulita. La colazione dell'hotel ha molte scelte ed è buona, e non ti annoierai quando trasferisci denaro ogni giorno. La profondità dell'acqua della piscina è di 0,6 e 1,4 metri ed è riservata al nostro uso. C'è una sala fitness e una TV, quindi non dovrai preoccuparti se rimani per molto tempo. Linh, il responsabile della reception, è molto premuroso e disponibile. Grazie! We stayed for two nights at Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa Hon Tre Island and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was very clean, the views were beautiful, and the hotel offers excellent facilities. We barely left the resort because everything was available—swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, game room, as well as restaurants and bars. The resort is located right by the beach on the island, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere. There is also a convenient shuttle service throughout the property. All the staff were amazing—super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We had three pieces of luggage and didn’t have to carry anything ourselves, as the staff were always observant and quick to assist. We were truly impressed and would definitely stay here again. We’ve already recommended it to our friends and family. However, one downside was the cable car experience (likely a different company). At the mainland facial scan checkpoint, a female staff member was not friendly and spoke to us poorly. We had two drinks and clearly explained that we would keep them in our bag to take back to the hotel, not drink them on the cable car. Despite this, she insisted that we finish them before boarding, which felt unnecessary and disappointing. This slightly affected our overall experience.

La piscina è grande e la maggior parte degli ospiti sono turisti in gruppo, quindi è possibile utilizzare le strutture in tutta tranquillità per la maggior parte del tempo. The room is very large, and the basic facilities are good. There are swimming pools and gyms, and there are many kinds of breakfast. I'm very happy to book a good room at this price. But it may be a wasteland nearby, and there are many insects and sometimes enter the room. Those who mind may have to think about it carefully.

Outstanding services from the support team, from front desk, to customer relation. Great services with amenities. Facility is really clean, great water pressure, clean towel with coffee and tea in the room, great AC power enough to keep temp comfortable, comparing to all other alike hotel near by. One improvement that can be done is the signage of the elevator. We could not get to B2 parking from other elevators, except for the opposite. This caused confusion among the guest and time consuming. Even one of the employee identified thisi issues, but never been fixed. Other than that, we are happy with the services.

Брали семейный номер Делюкс с трехместным размещением. Номер просто огромный!!! Вид боковой на море. Завтраки приличные, всегда фо бо, из яиц готовят по запросу, рис, макароны, картофель, бекон, сладости фрукты разные. Пляж через дорогу, лежаки зонты платные. Находится в самом центре, рядом много кафе, ресторанов, фруктовых лавок. Убираются ежедневно, хотелось что бы еще пылесосили в номере. На крыше бассейн большой. И очень не плохой тренажерный зал. Полотенца пляжные выдают у бассейна без залога.

Su Trip le liste non sono veramente come si dice. Per esempio: la TV in camera funziona a caso; il “spazio bagagli” richiede una tassa 20K per sacchetto - indipendentemente dalla dimensione; e il “parcheggio disponibile” è anche a un tasso - 20k per notte e poi 5k ogni volta che lasciate la bicicletta durante il giorno. Ho viaggiato in Vietnam e quando questi sono elencati, gli hotel non vi prevedono di pagare per loro. Non mi sarebbe piaciuto se avessero semplicemente detto che c'era una tassa sull'elenco. Tuttavia, quello che mi ha davvero messo fuori è stato il check-in. Sul sito dice che il check-in è ora 10:30 - sapevo che sarei arrivato al mattino, quindi questo era perfetto. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel mi hanno detto, con un tono, di “ritornare alle 14:00”. Quando ho chiesto circa le 10:30 del tempo di check-in sul sito mi ha detto “che è solo quando è possibile” poi mi ha lasciato lì rapidamente. Ok, bello, la maggior parte degli hotel hanno check-in alle 14:00 comunque, quindi non mi importava molto. Sono tornato alle 14:00 e mi hanno detto che la stanza non era ancora pronta. Mi è stato chiesto di aspettare 15 minuti, ma ho finito di aspettare più di un'ora. Una volta dissero che la stanza era pronta, cercarono di darmi una carta di chiave, dicendomi che ci sarebbe stato un onere aggiuntivo per due chiavi, ma tutti gli altri ospiti che vidi erano stati consegnati due immediatamente. A circa le 15:45, siamo andati in camera solo per scoprire che era ancora pulito. Il manager ci ha detto di entrare mentre la povera zia era ancora pulita, e lei avrebbe pulito il pavimento dopo di noi. Non la puliremmo due volte, quindi ci siamo aspettati e ringraziati la zia dopo. Dopo di che non c'era molto altro che apparve: le camere sembravano le foto sul sito, era ben pulito ogni giorno e la posizione era vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti.
