Hotel con spa a Los Angeles

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none. I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed. The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge. Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Ho usato il bagno in questo luogo e mi ritroverò assolutamente il più spesso possibile! Sheila era amichevole, professionale e gentile, e il resto del personale era proprio sorprendente. E'stato sinceramente come entrare in un altro mondo dalle strade occupate e sporche di DTLA.

Alloggi nella stanza, c'è il cibo fermentato lasciato dall'ultimo ospite nel frigorifero.Il minibar è vuoto.Chiama qualcuno per prendere il cibo.Il mio minibar e'stato fuori dal lavoro.Il secondo giorno di cui ho parlato sono pieni.Vive lì per tre giorni.Il minibar è sempre vuoto.

Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars; First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review. The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-) Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance. 1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process. 2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance. Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

Mi sento un po' male lasciare questo recensione. Di solito prenoto solo in luoghi che sono classificati da ospiti come 4+ stelle. Il bene: - la gente del servizio di servizio era bella, tempestiva e molto utile. - Il colazione giornaliero era buono - si fa fare le vostre vafle! E il yogurt di pesche! Ci sono tre tipi di cereali, 2 pane, bagel, muffin, frutta; ci sono uova scramblete ogni giorno e sia salsicce o hash o bacon come l’altra opzione calda. Tea, caffè, mele e succo d'arancia. - il letto stesso era molto confortevole Il cattivo: - le mutandine erano stupide. Non ho mai sentito queste mutandine nella mia vita. - la stanza profumata - non so cosa di questo, ma era acrilo/musty/ qualcosa - mi ricordava un po' di soluzione di pulizia del tappeto forse?? - il condizionamento d'aria si attiva/salta, non c'è alcuna opzione d'aria continua (o forse il pulsante è rotto?) - questo significa che mi spostavo tra troppo caldo e freddo quando dormevo, mi sveglio e sudo qualche volta L'incertezza: - Non ha provato la piscina.

It’s a classic Hilton hotel with serving very good breakfast and services. The building is old ,but it’s very comfortable. The swimming pool is small,estimated 20 meters in length. The breakfast is enjoyable. I highly recommend it ,if you want to stay in this county.

L'hotel numero uno dovrebbe essere un nuovo hotel a cinque stelle che ha iniziato a crescere negli ultimi anni?L'hotel ha usato un sacco di legno grezzo come ispirazione per il design ecologico originale, il lobby e la decorazione della stanza. La posizione è buona. L'hotel è sulla collina. La grande piazza dell'hotel può essere sfruttata in tutta la città. La serata di LA è molto bella ～ Vieni qui per sapere che la casa di Xijiang è la città di ragazzi ～ Il fulmine di arcobaleno è anche molto interessante e divertente vicino a hahaha. Non come molti vagabondi nella città, ho vissuto cinque giorni nel complesso e mi sento molto comodo ～ Oh, giusto, la colazione dell'hotel è molto buona. Ho quasi provato ogni piatto principale sul menu. Non c'è nessuna miniera, la frutta è anche grande. L'hotel utilizza tutti i frutti della stagione in California, Se viviamo, provate a fare il bagno. Caffè e tè sono solo un po'difficili. The location is good if you’re traveling with a car, and parking is convenient and easy to access. Self ‑parking costs USD 50 per day.
