KKhusan Khusanoveverything has been great but there are flaws. only drinking water is free in the hotel lobby. Free pizzas, hamburgers and lavash snacks should be provided for children. Because in the boulevard outside the other hotel, besides water, food and ice cream were also free.

Quando si prenotavano, si chiedevano di mettere il divano per un terzo, ma quando si stabilivavano, non si preparavano una camera da letto per un'ora.
Ci sono anche due vestiti e due paia di mutandine.Chiedi al personale di riferire tutti in un momento
Corretto.
Arriviamo all'hotel presto, alle 10, anche se il alloggio era 14-00. I numeri gratuiti non erano disponibili, quindi non potevamo sistemarci prima, ma siamo stati presi immediatamente per colazione. Era piacevole.

lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy
no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.
food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed
other facilities were convenient.

Детские аниматоры все замечательные👍🏻По питанию есть вопросики, очень всё жирное, для здоровья это конечно такое себе. Всё остальное чудесно, новый аквапарк хороший сделали, новая детская игровая 👍🏻

LlvntWe stayed last weekend and were very pleased. Although the building is a bit old, it has undergone a very successful renovation process. Both the general areas of the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, and cleanliness is more important to us anyway.
The quality of the food and beverages was high. The meals, appetizers and desserts served were fresh and meticulously prepared; therefore, every meal was enjoyable. The main dishes we chose from the open buffet were meticulously prepared and presented on plates by the kitchen staff, and we felt special as if we were at a la carte. We would also like to thank the pita chef, the pita and pastries were very delicious.
We were also amazed by the helpfulness, friendliness and professional skills of the staff. They helped us with any needs or questions we had, and we never encountered any negative responses.
The music playing around the pool was very good. We loved the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock classics.
We are very happy with our time at Xanadu and definitely plan to come again. We recommend it.

MMikhail IumashevI stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

UUtente ospiteWhat an amazing hotel to stay at! We only stayed for a couple of nights, but we realised that it’s that kind of place that we would like to visit again. Staff is very friendly, always smiling, food actually tastes good! Which is very rare for an all inclusive hotels. And in this hotel everything is inclusive - even Starbucks coffee! I recommend this place! Also since it’s a new hotel, everything actually does look and feel very new. Also, their stage is very amazing too, and evening shows are very high - quality. They even use actual alcohol in cocktails. 🍹 (from my own experience i know some of the all-inclusive hotels don’t use real alcohol)

UUtente ospiteBuon hotel. Molto vicino al Land of Ledges. L'hotel è buono, il personale è amichevole. Il cibo è delizioso, diverso. Ma alla data di partenza avevamo già spenta le luci alle 8:00, come se fosse stato chiesto ”umanamente” di uscire rapidamente insieme e uscire dalla stanza, non era piacevole.

UUtente ospiteОтель нравится, отдыхала с детьми второй раз. Сервис на уровне. Еда вкусная. Нет горок в бассейне для детей, хотя раньше они были. Но зато есть безлимитный доступ в парк развлечений. Жаль, что была возможность забронировать номер через приложение только на троих взрослых и за детей пришлось доплачивать на месте. В целом отдых удался, спасибо персоналу!
