Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. Abbiamo avuto una fantastica esperienza presso l'Hotel Bursa di Mövenpick, tutto su questo hotel superava le nostre aspettative. Da gli eleganti interni all'ospitalità calda, offre veramente un'esperienza di 5 stelle in ogni senso. La posizione è eccellente, vicino al centro di Bursa, ma tranquilla, con facile accesso alle principali attrazioni, negozi e centri da pranzo. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e pulita senza spazi. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, e il bagno era dotato di un'alta fine di servizi. Ogni dettaglio, dalla luce alla disposizione, rendeva il soggiorno rilassante e lussuoso. Il servizio era eccellente. Il personale era cortese, professionale e veramente attento a ogni richiesta. Il check-in era regolare, e la squadra si accertava che avessimo tutto quello che ci serviva per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione a Mövenpick è stata un'alta attenzione, un bel buffet con una vasta gamma di pranzi turchi e internazionali, pasticce fresche e un ottimo caffè. In generale, Mövenpick Bursa combina la precisione svizzera con il calore turco, offre conforto, grande servizio e lusso in un luogo. Ci siamo apprezzati molto e saremmo sicuramente tornati alla nostra prossima visita a Bursa. Molto consigliato per le famiglie, le coppie, o chiunque cerca una giornata tranquilla ma lussuosa!

Wir waren mit den Hotel sehr zufrieden. Wenn Probleme aufgetaucht sind, wurden sie in kürzester Zeit erledigt. Sonnst alles Tip top

Il mio soggiorno è stato divertente, il prezzo è buono e tutto è stato molto buono. Può essere un po' rumoroso, dal momento che l'hotel è molto vicino alla strada principale, ma il letto è estremamente comodo e per me, questo è ciò che conta di più. Il personale è davvero meraviglioso, caldo e utile, il tipo di squadra che ti fa volere tornare. Grazie speciali a Tarek per il suo aiuto.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık, fakat restoranda kahvaltı sırasında personeller misafirler kahvaltıya devam ederken dış alana sandalye ve masa taşımaya başladılar. Dışarıdaki soğuk havanın içeri girmesi kapıyı uzun süre açık bırakmaları ve ordaki fazla gürültü herkesi oldukça rahatsız etti. Çalışanların daha dikkatli davranması gerekiyordu misafirlerin bulunduğu ortamda. Bunun dışında kahvaltıya biraz daha çeşit eklenebilirdi, çeşitlilik az geldi biraz bize diğer ramada otellerine kıyasla. Temizlik ve konum ***et iyiydi. Teşekkür ederiz.

非常好的酒店，裏大巴站1公里，非常方便，服務態度很好，熱情，早餐豐盛，乾淨衞生整潔，出行方便，位於工業區

Otelin konumu biraz yokuşlu ve otobana yakın, kendi otoparkı yok ama cadde sakin olduğu için sorun olmadı. Otelin içi ve dizaynı çok hoştu sıcacık bir atmosferi var. Biz spayı kullanmadık ama odaları temiz düzenli ve genişti. Ferah bir tasarımı ve kolaylıkları var. Sadece bir yastıkta beyaz lekeler vardı onu kullanmak istemedik. Onun dışında kettle poşet çaylar, su ve granül kahve odamızda bulunuyordu. Sabunları ve tuvaletteki küçük eşyaları çok tatlı düşünülmüş kesinlikle tekrar gelirim. Kahvaltısı tek tip ama yeterliydi

Merhaba Otele rezervasyon yaptırırken spa şeçeneği ile birlikte rezervasyon detayımı tamamladım fakat oteli ziyaret ettiğim de giriş için spanın tadilat da olduğunu ve hizmet vermediğini belirttiler , bunun bilgilendirmesini daha önceden gerçekleştirmiş olmalarını talep ederdim sorun etmeyerek açık havuzunu kullanarak devam etmek istedim fakat havuz inanılmaz pisti içerisin de ölmüş bir sürü arı ve sinek barındırmaktaydı . Bu konu daha hassas davranılamasını talep etmekteyim .

Io e mia moglie siamo rimasti qui e ci hanno trattato così bene, il personale era molto amichevole e anche decorato il letto con fiori come una sorpresa! Il personale era molto utile e gentile, risposero al telefono quando abbiamo chiamato e risposero molto rapidamente! La stanza stessa era molto bella, gentile e temperata con un sorprendente bagno. Mi aspetto di rimanere ancora in sheraton in futuro.

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights.  The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient.  Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):  Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han. The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk. We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.  Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.  Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel  when visiting Bursa.
