Ahmet il ricevitore era molto gentile, un sorriso amichevole, una buona atteggiamento 👱🏻👍🏻 Ho bisogno di tessuti e cucitura, la consegna alla stanza è stata molto veloce 🚀 La stanza era pulita ✨🛌✨ Nessun rifiuto di controllare un'ora in ritardo ⏰🥰 Questa è la mia prima visita in Turchia come donna, Mi sento molto bene l'atteggiamento dei turchi. Resterò sicuramente la prossima volta 🏨🤟🏻✌🏻 Raccomando vivamente a tutti voi che intendono soggiornare al Aloft Bursa Hotel in Turchia 💁🏻‍♀️🏨💪🏻

Yemek ve hizmet her zamanki gibi harika. Otel çalışanları ve ekip güler yüzlü. Bursa ilinde huzurla ve keyifle konakladığım, her zaman öncelikli tercihim Divan otel. Tavsiye ederim. Tek tavsiyem: Bahçenizdeki güzel kedilerin mama ve suyunu sık sık kontrol edelim lütfen :)

This was my second stay at this property. The location of this hotel is excellent. Across the street next to the hotel there are many dining options in addition to a shopping center. Uludag mountain and other touristic spots are easily accessible. There is also the option to use the tram if you choose not to drive. The warm welcome and hospitality provided by each single member of the staff is what made me come to this hotel a second time and will guarantee a third return to this location. Very friendly and genuinely welcoming. The property was very clean. The spa was a great addition to go and relax after enjoying the snow in uludag mountain. Breakfast was great in morning. There’s a huge open buffet and you can have things made to order as well. Taste and Quality of food was excellent. Hands down this is my go to hotel in Bursa. Highly recommend this location.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole. Ci troviamo problemi al pagamento utilizzando la carta di debito. E' strano che il personale dell'hotel abbia detto che non possono trattare il pagamento con la carta di debito mantenuta chiedendomi di chiave nel codice pin a 4 cifre (che non è applicabile alla mia carta). Quando altrove non ho avuto problemi con la carta (per acquistare/pagare per prenotazioni alberghiere) tutto il tempo in Turchia prima di arrivare a questo hotel. Per quanto tempo ho dovuto chiamare la mia banca per correggere e non hanno detto alcuna questione sul mio conto. Finito di pagare tutto in contanti. Devono davvero risolvere/correggere questo. Avevamo informato il nostro orario di check-in più tardi. Ma quando siamo arrivati in camera solo per scoprire che era appena stato mosso e il pavimento è bagnato =( I staff front were very helpful. Il centro commerciale è grande vicino all'hotel. La diffusione del buffet del colazione è meravigliosa!

-Staff 4/5 -Location 5/5 -Hygiene 4/5 -Cleanliness 4/5 stains in the carpet , size of the room 4/5 -Welcoming 4/5 -Bathroom 3.5/5 (very old towels, needs update overall but not bad) we had to call maintenance team to fix our A/c since it wasn't cooling but it was fixed immediately. didn't feel like i was treated as an IHG gold member. would recommend due to location. very limited breakfast selection its better to book without breakfast and eat outside since you can enjoy better quality food across the road in the restaurants / cafe there

Anche se siamo venuti qui per soggiorni familiari, l'efficienza del personale in questo hotel è stato di prima qualità, immagino che questo possa essere un ottimo hotel per viaggi di business, anche data la sua efficienza e la sua accuratezza. Mentre siamo arrivati all'hotel dopo aver guidato oltre 4 ore da un'altra città, Ershin alla ricezione è stato molto utile ed efficiente nel completare la nostra registrazione e la stanza è stata ben preparata prima della nostra arrivo (il letto extra era pronto per il nostro toddler senza chiedere), egli era anche attento e seguito bene su richiesta della nostra camera. La cura dei clienti e la riflessione in avanti per loro erano un stupefacente standard di servizio che abbiamo sperimentato in questo hotel. Il personale era così amichevole e si è prestato buona attenzione al nostro toddler. Anche il colazione ha offerto una buona selezione di cibo per la nostra famiglia. Abbiamo anche accesso alla Sala Executive che ha offerto buone pranzi e bevande. L'hotel è anche all'interno dell'10-15mins camminare per le strade fino a un centro commerciale moderno.

La prima volta che abbiamo visitato il reparto Spa del vostro hotel ieri (familiare), ci sono stati negozi di Nurri Sayal e Xeni, che ci sono soddisfatti dell’interesse delle signore, del servizio rapido e della risata. Ora, ogni volta che visitamo la Turchia, è necessario visitare il vostro hotel. Lo faremo. Si consiglia di pulire e di servire tutti.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

La mia famiglia e io siamo stati qui per 13 notti e la nostra esperienza è stata perfetta. Il personale di prenotazione ha accolto le nostre richieste senza alcun problema. Il personale di ricezione è sempre stato amichevole, gioioso e utile, così è stato il personale di custodia. La posizione dell'hotel è buona. L'area lobby e il caffè dell'hotel sono buoni e confortevoli per soggiornare in. E il spa dell'hotel dispone di una fantastica piscina termica all'interno e una bella piscina all'aperto. Raccomando al palazzo di Celik di visitare Bursa, soprattutto le famiglie, e di aspettare la prossima visita.
