Basic hotel with amenities like disposable slippers, tooth brushes & pastes, hot/cold shower functioned, body soap dispenser in shower, hand & bath towels provided - 1 set of towels was thick & fluffy which the other set was thin & greyish, bidet, hair dryer, kettle, coffee & condiments, bottled water, cold aircon, clear TV images in all SG and local channels, comfy bed and pillows. The only setbacks are no safe deposit box in room, fingerprints stained glass table and sticky floor. Relatively clean and not for OCD guests. However cleanliness could improve. Best of all, love the strategic location. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants, pubs and massage and non-halal food is easily available within the vicinity. There was a pub just opposite at the end of the block playing loud live music every night but I didn’t hear anything. It was all quiet in my room and I slept soundly. Sutera Mall is just 5 mins away by foot. Didn’t try the spa within the hotel because I prefer full fledged massage. Highly recommend this hotel.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.

UUtente ospiteMi è sembrato piacevole incontrare l'Hotel Boutique Point mentre scorrevo Agoda per alloggi per un soggiorno 2D1N in JB. Mi è sembrato ancora meglio di quanto si aspettasse. Il personale era amichevole, professionale, pensativo e ci ha fatto sentire a casa e benvenuto. Una menzione speciale a Devi e Geo che ci hanno aiutato durante il nostro soggiorno. L'aula immediatamente ha dato un senso di serenità e pulizia, professionalismo. Abbiamo preso una camera familiare con un letto regina e un letto singolo. La struttura della stanza lo faceva sentire come un mini studio - non si sentiva affatto squillato. Ho apprezzato gli arredamento unico e i dettagli poco ma importanti. Per esempio: 1) la finestra della stanza potrebbe essere aperta per la ventilazione; 2) le finestre erano pulite e regolabili; 3) la camera era grande e ben organizzata; aveva un ventilatore per mantenere l'aria fluttuante e il pavimento asciutto. La camera da bagno aveva anche una finestra che aiutava a ventilare. 4) Amo il doccia pioggia. La pressione e la temperatura dell'acqua erano regolabili. Anche se non c'era una tenda da doccia, la struttura della camera da bagno non si sarebbe affatto bagnata. Le piastrelle della camera da bagno erano anche il tipo non slip, così è stato grande mentre io viaggiava con mio padre in un primo momento 70s. Sono anche fornite standard bagno mat e asciugamani molto spesso. 5) I bagni erano in punto, puliti e sufficienti. La spazzatura era sigillata. Apprezzò di mettere tazze di vetro nel bagno per uso. La mia unica denuncia era che il pasta dentale era un po' troppo leggero e non molto efficace. 6) Il letto era grande e comodo. Ci sono anche le luci laterali del letto che funzionano dal sistema sensore- un bel toccamento e moderno. Il letto aveva anche sockets di potenza per un facile caricamento del telefono. Questo era molto pensativo e attento. 7) Una caldaia d'acqua, un'acqua con bottiglia, sacchetti di tè/caffè sono tutte meravigliose strutture pensative. Pittura in camera anche moderna, deliziosa, classica. 8) Gli specchi in camera e la tovagliola sono anche attenti e ben pensati attraverso i tocchi !

DDoreen TooI booked Executive King Room based on the reviews online. However I was very disappointed with the following:
1) The access door card denied me twice. I have to go to the reception twice to sort it out. Apparently they programmed different room number for my room.
2) The water for the shower leaked from the water pipe instead of came out from the shower head. The pressure was so low that I gave up to wash my hair.
3) There were hairs in the bathroom. Cleanliness need to be improved.
4) Whole night I can hear loud music from the bars nearby. Poor sound proofing as every now and then hear guests closing doors.
Honestly, I really think it didn't deceived the high rating. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

UUtente ospiteDon't expect too much. We got a tiny, queen bed room with a window painted on the wall. The room has a musky smell. The aircon works well but the noise from water taps and surrounding houses make it difficult to fall asleep. Glad it was only to sleep.

UUtente ospiteMolto come l'hotel. Camera pulita, conveniente e buona posizione con cibo. La camera è davvero confortevole il loro invito. Fornisce buone amministrazioni che non molti boutique fornite come redpine fornite. TV davvero chiaro e sufficiente canale. La camera complessiva che ho valutato 4/5 Ragione che ho prenotato all'hotel, poiché è vicino allo Stadio e JdT forniscono gratuitamente la navetta allo stadio. Se non mi sbaglio, l'unico hotel ha nella zona dove la navetta è stata fornita. Mi fa impazzire e dare un basso rating è che durante il check-out mi sono trattato davvero veramente RUDE dal ricevitore. Quando mi sono avvicinato al contatore, il personale non mi sembrava di essere come im interruptibile mentre faceva il suo lavoro. Poi mi chiese il numero della stanza, e poi, senza dire nulla, non mi guardava, mi restituì il deposito, e poi mi andai via senza voler causare alcun problema. ( non tutti i membri del personale si comportano così, il controllo del personale era ok e immagino che il personale di notte ha finito il lavoro mi ha salutato quando lei esce dall'hotel) scusa, questo è il peggiore personale dell'hotel che abbia mai vissuto in tutta la mia vita. Non posso accettare la rudezza così il personale dell'hotel i valutato 1/10... Vuoi tornare? Definitivamente, come l'hotel ha fornito buona camera e circostante ... speravo solo che non fosse stato ascoltato dalla stessa rude staff nella mia prossima visita all'hotel

8805sylvias805Buona tariffa in camera con una qualità ragionevole in un vecchio quartiere con molti grandi ristoranti locali. Molto comodo letto e molto pulito. Caffè, tè, acqua e snack gratis. Wifi veloce più importante. Conveniente in e fuori! Alto consigliato!
