For a boutique hotel, I put this hotel above my expectations. The room and bathroom were clean & big enough. Toothbrush, toothpaste & safety box not provided. It's okay for me.
Parking at the basement was free, I needed to verify the T&G card at the reception counter before exiting.
Breakfast spread - delicious & quite a lot of choices. Got Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, baked beans, noodle soup, porridge, bread section, cakes, pudding, fruits, cereal & milk, coffee tea & fruit punch.
Got a small pool at third flr, but I didn't see anyone swimming.

Overall, my stay was acceptable. However, there are several areas that need improvement: the Wi-Fi connection was very weak, there were no slippers provided, the in-house parking space was limited, and the hotel room floor was not thoroughly cleaned and still felt dirty.

Location is good, within Sutera area with food and entertainment all within walking distance.
Hotel has water dispenser, so free water.
BUT ventilation is not isolated and ****** was smoking in toilet next door that blew into our room.
Hotel staff stopped them but room still smell of smoke for rest of night.

Nearby very convenient, a lot of shop, cafe restaurants convenience store etc. staff very friendly
If you want a quiet stay might not suitable for you because the soundproofing are bad. But overall very nice to stay! Room are clean and spacious.

Puli e confortevoli. Nelle vicinanze del tribunale alimentare TW dove si possono trovare molti buoni cibi di agnello. Tuttavia, l'inquinamento acustico in camera è insopportabile.

Globalmente buona esperienza. Una accoglienza amichevole e un facile controllo e check-in. Vicino a noi ci sono molti piatti e caffè. Anche molti negozi che vendono vestiti femminili e simili. Camera abbastanza pulita. Un po 'più piccola ma moderna abbastanza per il comfort. Bella letto e buona TV. Grazie!

Stavo all'hotel l'anno scorso in ottobre e aveva una piacevole esperienza. Deciso di invitare la mia famiglia questa volta. Le camere sono state pulite molto tardi. Abbiamo lasciato l'hotel alle 9:00 ma alle 4:00 le camere non erano ancora pulite :( la piscina era anche in ristrutturazione e non potevamo controllare in anticipo come l'ultima volta. Il nome di SIL è stato stampato sulla carta invece. Oops! In generale l'hotel è molto più bello e più nuovo rispetto alla maggior parte degli hotel in JB, quindi questo è stato un punto più!

Room is spacious. Cleanliness is average as abit dusty on tables & racks.
King bed average. Pillows smelly.
Water sink having running water problem. Water difficult to drain off. Shower is powerful-good.

UUtente ospite1. No water supply since 6am until checked out at 12pm, staff only mentioned they have reported to management. Have to keep going down if need to use the toilet. This is ridiculous, imagine you are paying a fee to brush your teeth and clean your face in public areas.
2. Have to wait for appx. 10 minutes for the cold water to turn warm before we can shower.
3. There are stains on bedsheets.
Others are generally ok except the above. The staffs are friendly. Even though they already provide 2 water bottles in the room, they also have a water filter at reception where you can refill your drinking water if needed.

DDoreen TooI booked Executive King Room based on the reviews online. However I was very disappointed with the following:
1) The access door card denied me twice. I have to go to the reception twice to sort it out. Apparently they programmed different room number for my room.
2) The water for the shower leaked from the water pipe instead of came out from the shower head. The pressure was so low that I gave up to wash my hair.
3) There were hairs in the bathroom. Cleanliness need to be improved.
4) Whole night I can hear loud music from the bars nearby. Poor sound proofing as every now and then hear guests closing doors.
Honestly, I really think it didn't deceived the high rating. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

PPrincessMichelleHo avuto un buon soggiorno a Here Hotel a Sekudai, Johor Bahru. La posizione era perfetta, soprattutto perché era vicino al matrimonio che ho assistito. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, anche se le toilette erano minime, quindi suggerirei di portare la tua se sei speciale. Ho decisamente raccomandato questo hotel per la sua comodità e buon servizio!

JJ@mieLocation is great and there was a family mart just beside hotel but room aircon was spoilt . we were there to just sleep for a few hours and were too tired at 12;30am to change room . place is cost effective just for stop over .
door lock was also not working too well and we had to put the chair behind the door . spacious for a family of 4

AafiqaliyaRimanete qui a causa della sua posizione a Skudai & vicino all'aeroporto di Senai. Hotel decente, camera pulita e toaletta. Tuttavia, non ci sono spazzole e pasta dentale fornite. Ogni volta che rimango qui (diverse camere) incontro sempre problemi con la pressione dell'acqua (scioccarsi e doccia) e le fughe nel bagno. Il suono di fuga di tubo di notte è davvero disturbante. Tuttavia, il personale è responsabile e sforzato di soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti.

MMohd RidhwanSituazione dell'hotel vicino a molte strutture. La camera era piccola e il tovagliolo fornito non era un tovagliolo standard, sembra un tovagliolo economico. Spero che la gestione possa migliorare.
