For a boutique hotel, I put this hotel above my expectations. The room and bathroom were clean & big enough. Toothbrush, toothpaste & safety box not provided. It's okay for me. Parking at the basement was free, I needed to verify the T&G card at the reception counter before exiting. Breakfast spread - delicious & quite a lot of choices. Got Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, baked beans, noodle soup, porridge, bread section, cakes, pudding, fruits, cereal & milk, coffee tea & fruit punch. Got a small pool at third flr, but I didn't see anyone swimming.

The ambience of the hotel was nice. Parking is available. They use japanese concept for our room. No bed and no chairs. It is great if you are fit. But for people with knee problems like me, it is quite troublesome to get off the bed and to sit down.

Good place and environment.. Good receptionist and very helpful. Easy to find food and easy to find the hotel. Will repeat and recommend to friend if they want to search hotel at Skudai johor

Location is good, within Sutera area with food and entertainment all within walking distance.  Hotel has water dispenser, so free water.  BUT ventilation is not isolated and ****** was smoking in toilet next door that blew into our room.  Hotel staff stopped them but room still smell of smoke for rest of night.

Location is good with lot of amenities and restaurants. However, the hotel is a bit run down with smelly overused carpet due for replacement.

Camere dotate di TV (circa 15 canali) e u può utilizzare il secchio di ferro e capelli su richiesta Prendete il colazione. È servito al ristorante su GF. Puoi scegliere tra lemak nasi o set goreng nasi/mee. Avrai 1 pasto. Ci sono tostature, cereali, piatti laterali (curry puffs n samosa) e frutta. Anche tè, caffè e succo. Localizzazione saggia, piuttosto strategica. Molto ristorante intorno, la maggior parte sono mamak. 24h 7eleve entro 200m passo. Il Kip Mall è proprio sull'altra strada. Il Paradigma Mall è molto vicino, e si è solo un'uscita lontano dalla strada principale. In generale, valore per soldi!

Attended a wedding near Skudai Johor and decided to put up a night after the event. The check-in was quick enough though I came at around 11.00pm. Booked a superior triple room which came with a queen bed and a single bed. Plus point, though a small capacity room, it had three clean towels and bathroom amenities such as three toothbrushes. The hotel occupies part of the shop lot but did not fail to provide a security guard for the parked cars of the hotel guests.

Room is considered clean but a little old. Some fittings are falling off. Should consider a renovation or do some proper maintenance. Mattress is very soft, some people may or may not like it. Quite quiet at night, few eateries with good food and mini mart close by. Overall ok. Parking not difficult to get. Would recommend for short stay.

Stavo all'hotel l'anno scorso in ottobre e aveva una piacevole esperienza. Deciso di invitare la mia famiglia questa volta. Le camere sono state pulite molto tardi. Abbiamo lasciato l'hotel alle 9:00 ma alle 4:00 le camere non erano ancora pulite :( la piscina era anche in ristrutturazione e non potevamo controllare in anticipo come l'ultima volta. Il nome di SIL è stato stampato sulla carta invece. Oops! In generale l'hotel è molto più bello e più nuovo rispetto alla maggior parte degli hotel in JB, quindi questo è stato un punto più!

I had stayed in this Hotel twice before. My previous two occasions were not allocated a corner unit. This time I was allocated a corner unit which was great, but outside my room there were 2 ironing boards and hangers on the wall, there was also a wall fan. It is a good initiative to have ironing provided but not in the corridor. After 10pm there were many paxs ironing clothes at the corridor talking loudly and laughing loudly. In the morning, as early as before 7am, I can hear paxs ironing again. The sound of iron hitting against the ironing board is loud and when the fan is switched on, the sound of hangers hitting each other is also Irritating. we checked out early at 10am instead of 12noon as the noise is irritating. Everything was perfect except the noise in the corridor.
