Nessun servizio di concierge all'arrivo. Dovremmo portare i nostri bagagli da soli. Il ricevitore ci ha detto di usare il concierge che penso sia molto poco professionale per gli ospiti di spingere il concierge su loro stessi 😡 buffet di colazione era ok. Il processo di checkout era regolare.

SserihaqimiArrived at the hotel at 4pm and check in process was smooth. Given bag of remote control tv and aircond. Wifi was good. Put deposit rm50. Room smell good bedsheet was clean. But the bathroom door cannot close. But its okay because i just stay for one night. The aircond was good but i dont know how to use the tv 🤣. Many mamak restaurant nearby and close to AEON. Checkout process smooth and return deposit. Tq to receiptionist.

UUtente ospiteThis is a really nice hotel a distance away from JB Town, it's around a 20 to 30min drive depending on traffic. The room was nice and clean, the aircon was cold the no issue with the hot water. I stayed in the deluxe room which had a nice deep bathtub. a big issue is that the bathtub also served as the shower area, hence the floor was pretty wet. The bed was ok, the pillows felt old, but the bed was comfortable. lightings were good, and the room was bright enough at night, but the curtains didn't keep all of the lights out during the day. Bottle water was given in the room, plus there is a water filter at the lobby and in the breakfast area. the main issue with the stay was the Wi-Fi, it needed a long time and a few tries before it connected, and once it connected, it will last for around an hour before it gets disconnected (most likely an issue with the IP lease time, and the DHCP server not being able to cope with the amount of request), the internet does work and speed is fine, but it is unreliable, especially if you plan to work in the hotel. Location-wise, Food, and groceries are also really easy to procure, with multiple options just a stone's throw away, and even more choices down the road, there is a Today shopping center with a supermarket, a dollar store, and a DIY store, along with hairdressers, mobile phone and a simple cinema. The is a Lotus Hypermarket which is a little further if you can't find what you need there. Since it's out of town, there really isn't a huge shopping center, there is a mydin, kipmall and aeon not too far away. Breakfast was average, the food wasn't that fresh since we only got to it around 9 am. Some items that were finished were not replenished. The lack of black tea (you might want to bring the tea bag from the room) was also quiet, but I think this is due to the Muslim fasting period. Since it was included for us, we just ate, I wouldn't have bothered otherwise, there are too many better options around.

BBiophillicUtk budget travellers ok la. Bilik agak kecil. Plug hanya 1. Cadar dan sarung bantal agak lusuh. Tuala mandi yg diberi koyak. Sarapan pagi disediakan.Boleh pilih tetapi hanya satu seorang sbb dihidangkan berdasarkan piliha . Bukan buffet. Ada pilihan nasi lemak,mee kari, oat,roti dan mushroom soup.Air teh atau kopi.

EEvelyn QianQuesto è un hotel molto vecchio con posizioni pulite e belle. Il prezzo saggio è abbastanza alto, ma c'è un ristorante cinese vicino all'hotel. E 'molto conveniente per i viaggiatori di business. L'hotel non ha fornito colazione.

PPeng HueyIs a kind of budget hotel. No hair dryer, no room slipper, no locker in the room. 3 in 1 coffee and teh tarik, kettle, 2 toothbrush, 2 towel, 1 floor tower, 3 hangers and 2 in 1 shampoo provided. The hot shower not very hot turn to max, is like room temperature, water outflow normal. Local masseur (Sabah, Malay, 1 indian) massage shop just beside the hotel, about RM160 for 2 hours hot oil massage (head, hand, leg, some basic foot massage and back massage + free back face and kuasha or ear candling). Location wise is good, you can also walk around this area for other options, pharmacy and fast food is further down end of the street. Room is basic clean, not expected is very new, the chair is have dirty stain on it. Bedsheet is ok, clean, have 4 pillows.

È un buon prezzo e ben situato fuori dalla strumentazione e dalla bussola della città, ma solo una passeggiata molto ragionevole quando si vuole andare in città. Ci sono molti grandi opzioni alimentari vicino e non perdere il colazione sul sito.Felici staff amichevole, molto comodo e non romperà il bilancio.Cosa altro potresti desiderare?

UUtente ospiteVale la pena per un breve soggiorno. Ho fatto un viaggio d'affari per passare gudang. Molto piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel. Nuovo hotel quindi la pulizia è 5/5. Ha strutture come ferro e asciugacapelli. Ampio parcheggio. Vicino a cibo come The J (hipster food court), starbucks e così via. Ci sono massaggi n spa alla porta successiva. Il personale è davvero utile quando manda il nostro bagaglio n cose nella stanza perché siamo venuti con un sacco di borsa per un lavoro. Bella soggiorno!

LLimGraceAs an environmental conscious person. It is good to see that the hotel didn't provide the small cleaning items such as disposable toothbrush and small tooth paste. All the necessary items are provided. It is unfortunate that there is a electricity black out in my room before 8.30am and not fix by 10.30am when I came back. But the staff provided me another room before my check out at 12 noon. As I need to use electricity. The staff are friendly. Worth to stay there for non fussy people.
