UUtente anonimoThe host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one.
This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did.
We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

UUtente ospiteSpacious and clean room. However, there were some noises from the air con and no hand soap. Other than that, really enjoyed the room.
Location is near eateries and parking is ample. Aeon Mall is nearby and i saw there are shuttle bus to mid valley (didnt use as we drive).
Would love to come back again!

UUtente anonimoBooked this last minute, and it turned out to be the best budget hotel I’ve stayed at in JB. The room was clean, and the location was super convenient. It’s surrounded by plenty of shops and eateries, with Chagee, KOI, Mixue, McDonald’s, KFC, FamilyMart, laundromats, and pretty much everything you need within walking distance.

UUtente anonimoUn nuovo hotel decorato con gusto. La stanza è spaziosa. Siamo stati a conoscenza di questo hotel online. La posizione può essere un po 'distante dal centro della città di JB, tuttavia penso che sia bello per un breve soggiorno. Ci sono molte opzioni alimentari anche disponibili. L'hotel ha una rigorosa politica di check-out entro le 12:00, altrimenti sarà imposto un onere aggiuntivo, che è comprensibile. In generale abbiamo avuto e piacevole soggiorno. Raccomandato!

RRachellseOverall, my 3-night stay was pleasant. I especially enjoyed the family suite—the king-size bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I expected a basic standard, which is why I couldn’t give a full rating.
Cleanliness:
There were a few issues that needed attention. I encountered a small lizard, a baby cockroach (which I had to handle), and a spider. The bedsheets and rug had visible stains—while these may be hard to remove, it's not acceptable even for a 3-star hotel. Additionally, a used, damp (but dried) toilet paper roll was left alongside a new one, which should not happen. I’m not particularly fussy, but others might have rated this much lower. The toilet seat was loose and misaligned. The towel hanger was loose as well, so we were careful not to hang all our towels there. The basin tap was also loose.
Service:
Requests for a writing chair and a hairdryer took quite a while and were only resolved after I spoke to a housekeeper the next morning. Although the room accommodates four guests, we were a group of three and only received two cups, so we had to take turns. There are also only two non-standard, unprofessional hangers provided. They should supply four. I did not use the shampoo or shower gel, so I cannot comment on those. Maybe a brief note should check on our day since we are staying for three nights. This is a suggestion to improve.
Location & Amenities:
There is a laundry shop conveniently located directly across from the hotel. Parking is available on site, though you may need to park behind the building. It would be helpful to have a designated drop-off slope at the front of the hotel.
Food:
The café serves a good chicken nasi lemak. The curry gravy is rich and flavorful, though it would be better if there were more side dishes to complement the rice.
The overall experience helped offset the shortcomings.
Value for Money: 3/5
Until another review for the shortcomings are rectified, I will consider other accommodation

Ssamuel eelwas a plesant stay. Room is quite spacious but however a little noisy that the window was not perfectly sealed. can hear the traffic sound and people talking from my window. Service was great and check in procedure was simple. Room was clean and neat. Bed was comfy, will be back again next round :)
Most importantly about permas was the location and access to food and industrial area. its an impressive location

Good bed, good room . Only that the sound proof is really BAD. N breakfast is really BAD.
Should mentioned in booking it is a packed breakfast.
And if more than 20pax, in fact already can make it as a small buffet. Most of the guests didn't take their breakfast
Amenities can be improved . Many rooms their room phone is not functioning. The hair dryer also forgot to send after the request. N malfunction too .

NNeelavPer il vostro soggiorno eccezionale, il servizio non corrisponde! Se volete vivere la vera ospitalità, non guardate più di questo hotel fantastico. Mentre la proprietà stessa è meravigliosa, ciò che la separa è il fenomenale staff specificamente, Janet e Roen. Janet e Roen sono entrambi eccezionali. Non solo seguire uno script di ospite standard, ma completamente ridefinire il servizio clienti. In un'industria in cui il personale può a volte essere limitato da una cassetta rossa, Janet e Roen sono un respiro di aria fresca. Non hanno paura di rispettare le regole convenzionali quando una situazione lo richiede, prendendo attivamente le cose nelle loro mani per assicurarsi che l'esperienza degli ospiti sia assolutamente insensibile. E' incredibilmente raro trovare persone che sono così profondamente impegnate nella soddisfazione degli ospiti che interverranno personalmente e andranno fuori script per assicurarsi che ogni dettaglio sia curato. Hanno completamente rimosso qualsiasi stress dal nostro soggiorno, anticipando le nostre esigenze prima di dover neppure chiedere. Amazing hotel, amazing service. Kudos a Roen e Janet per aumentare la nostra esperienza e mostrare che vera e potente ospitalità è tutto!
