Hotel con parcheggio a Masai

Stayed at Renaissance Permas Jaya and overall had a good experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the pasar malam and there are plenty of eating places nearby, which makes it easy to find food without travelling far. The twin beds were a highlight — they were very big and comfortable, with plenty of space for two people. One downside is that the lounge can get very crowded, especially during peak hours. We arrived just about 5 minutes late and there were already no seats available, which was quite disappointing.

Booked the wrong date but they were accommodating and allowed me to change the date with them. Receptionist was friendly, room was clean and very spacious. Water cooler provided at the lobby Solid 5/5

Overall, my 3-night stay was pleasant. I especially enjoyed the family suite—the king-size bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I expected a basic standard, which is why I couldn’t give a full rating. Cleanliness: There were a few issues that needed attention. I encountered a small lizard, a baby cockroach (which I had to handle), and a spider. The bedsheets and rug had visible stains—while these may be hard to remove, it's not acceptable even for a 3-star hotel. Additionally, a used, damp (but dried) toilet paper roll was left alongside a new one, which should not happen. I’m not particularly fussy, but others might have rated this much lower. The toilet seat was loose and misaligned. The towel hanger was loose as well, so we were careful not to hang all our towels there. The basin tap was also loose. Service: Requests for a writing chair and a hairdryer took quite a while and were only resolved after I spoke to a housekeeper the next morning. Although the room accommodates four guests, we were a group of three and only received two cups, so we had to take turns. There are also only two non-standard, unprofessional hangers provided. They should supply four. I did not use the shampoo or shower gel, so I cannot comment on those. Maybe a brief note should check on our day since we are staying for three nights. This is a suggestion to improve. Location & Amenities: There is a laundry shop conveniently located directly across from the hotel. Parking is available on site, though you may need to park behind the building. It would be helpful to have a designated drop-off slope at the front of the hotel. Food: The café serves a good chicken nasi lemak. The curry gravy is rich and flavorful, though it would be better if there were more side dishes to complement the rice. The overall experience helped offset the shortcomings. Value for Money: 3/5 Until another review for the shortcomings are rectified, I will consider other accommodation

I was disappointed with my stay at Havona Hotel Permas Jaya. The room I booked on Agoda was advertised as having a king bed and a window, but when I checked in, I was given a queen bed with no window instead. This was not what I had booked, and it was especially disappointing because those features were part of the reason I chose this hotel. The room itself was acceptable for the price, but receiving a different room than what was advertised left a bad impression. If the booked room type is unavailable, guests should be informed in advance or offered an equivalent alternative or compensation, rather than finding out only upon check-in. I hope the hotel improves the accuracy of its room listings and ensures guests receive the room they reserve.

La stanza è pulita e la sua posizione è eccellente. Ci sono molti ristoranti intorno a quella zona. Thai, giapponese, coreano, Taiwan e cucine locali. Veramente spogliato per la scelta. In questo viaggio ho scelto un ristorante coreano per il nostro pranzo.

V3 Hotel & Residence Serie Alam è un buon valore, a media gamma con una posizione molto conveniente, vicino alle sale alimentari, negozi e Hospital Specialist Regency. Le camere sono di base e confortevole per soggiorni brevi, anche se alcuni ospiti notano la pulizia incoerente e la limitata resistenza al suono. In generale, è una scelta pratica per visite brevi, business o soggiorni medici, soprattutto se la posizione e l'accessibilità sono priorità.

Un bel posto per soggiornare, solo a piedi da kipmart, ecoshop e stalle alimentari. La mia TV non aveva alcun segnale, e il secchiere per capelli non funzionava. Spero che possa essere riparato. La pulizia della stanza è soddisfacente, e sicuramente tornerà.

Per il vostro soggiorno eccezionale, il servizio non corrisponde! Se volete vivere la vera ospitalità, non guardate più di questo hotel fantastico. Mentre la proprietà stessa è meravigliosa, ciò che la separa è il fenomenale staff specificamente, Janet e Roen. Janet e Roen sono entrambi eccezionali. Non solo seguire uno script di ospite standard, ma completamente ridefinire il servizio clienti. In un'industria in cui il personale può a volte essere limitato da una cassetta rossa, Janet e Roen sono un respiro di aria fresca. Non hanno paura di rispettare le regole convenzionali quando una situazione lo richiede, prendendo attivamente le cose nelle loro mani per assicurarsi che l'esperienza degli ospiti sia assolutamente insensibile. E' incredibilmente raro trovare persone che sono così profondamente impegnate nella soddisfazione degli ospiti che interverranno personalmente e andranno fuori script per assicurarsi che ogni dettaglio sia curato. Hanno completamente rimosso qualsiasi stress dal nostro soggiorno, anticipando le nostre esigenze prima di dover neppure chiedere. Amazing hotel, amazing service. Kudos a Roen e Janet per aumentare la nostra esperienza e mostrare che vera e potente ospitalità è tutto!
