Hotel con parcheggio a Masai

The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza Premium King per una notte, la stanza era pulita e ha ricevuto servizi di base come scarpe, bagni da bagno, TV, piccolo ufficio per il lavoro, tavolo da pranzo/caffè per due, scatola di sicurezza e mini frigo. Ci sono anche un sacco di parcheggio proprio fuori dall'hotel, e un bel ristorante occidentale a piedi. L'iscrizione è stata a 3 PM e l'iscrizione a 12 PM. Il desk front opera 24/7, e il personale è stato amichevole e in grado di parlare sia malese che inglese, che ha reso la comunicazione facile. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room. Tuttavia, non c'era un asciugacapelli fornito nella stanza. La più grande parte inferiore era la posizione della stanza. Ci sono state date le ultime stanze di fronte alla strada principale, ed è stato estremamente rumoroso. Possiamo sentire chiaramente le auto e le moto passando tutta la notte. Sono riuscito a dormire solo intorno a 4–5 AM a causa del rumore costante. In generale, la stanza era pulita e confortevole, ma il rumore stradale ha colpito seriamente il nostro riposo. Se siete un sonno leggero, consigliamo di chiedere una stanza lontano dalla strada.

Ok abbastanza bene come al solito, v-rapid check in.. Non molto di un fuss, camera con finestra non molto di vista, tuttavia ma abbastanza spazioso comodo letto.. TV intelligente con molti canali.. Lente vicino con molti cibi circostanti sono abbastanza tranquilli Potrei dire molto relax e vibrazione che aiuta con un sonno tranquillo. Kudos al personale di. Lavender Inn 👍 Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno.. Certo che ci sarò di nuovo qualche giorno..

L'hotel era pulito, in generale, e avevamo solo bisogno di un posto per stare durante i negozi di ramadhan. Tuttavia, quando ci siamo accorti, la finestra era aperta (possibile che i burlari entrassero nel BC, eravamo al piano terra), c'era una borsa di caffè sulla porta e c'era un spider letterale quando abbiamo visto i bagni. Tuttavia, penso che l'hotel vale la pena di tirare per un paio di giorni di soggiorno.

La stanza è pulita e grande. La posizione è vicina a molti buoni cibi e vicino al supermercato aeon. Anche se è proprio accanto a una strada occupata, la silenziosa è fantastica! Vieni a visitare questo hotel quando visitavo di nuovo permas jaya.

Last minute booking due to the jam at causeway. Randomly tried to find a place to stay the night. The front desk staff an Indian lady is very helpful and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a care pack that consisted of mask, nice scented candle, bath bomb, and some others essentials. It wasn't a fancy pack but I was impressed by their service. I was also very impressed that they actually had a bathtub! It was too late to utilize it as we were there at 11pm. But good effort! Hotel room was also very clean, bedsheets were super clean and frgamy too! However I didn't feel safe with the location. This is not the fault of the hotel at all of course. Just that while we arrived, there were a few motorbikes who kept revving past and they were shouting and creating a ruckus. So I felt a big unsafe to leave the car there. There is option to park the car within the hotel premises but comes with a strange request to leave the car keys with them 😅 so I just parked in the public carpark which felt...a bit risky. So if you are very worried then this hotel may not be for u.

Overall, my 3-night stay was pleasant. I especially enjoyed the family suite—the king-size bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I expected a basic standard, which is why I couldn’t give a full rating. Cleanliness: There were a few issues that needed attention. I encountered a small lizard, a baby cockroach (which I had to handle), and a spider. The bedsheets and rug had visible stains—while these may be hard to remove, it's not acceptable even for a 3-star hotel. Additionally, a used, damp (but dried) toilet paper roll was left alongside a new one, which should not happen. I’m not particularly fussy, but others might have rated this much lower. The toilet seat was loose and misaligned. The towel hanger was loose as well, so we were careful not to hang all our towels there. The basin tap was also loose. Service: Requests for a writing chair and a hairdryer took quite a while and were only resolved after I spoke to a housekeeper the next morning. Although the room accommodates four guests, we were a group of three and only received two cups, so we had to take turns. There are also only two non-standard, unprofessional hangers provided. They should supply four. I did not use the shampoo or shower gel, so I cannot comment on those. Maybe a brief note should check on our day since we are staying for three nights. This is a suggestion to improve. Location & Amenities: There is a laundry shop conveniently located directly across from the hotel. Parking is available on site, though you may need to park behind the building. It would be helpful to have a designated drop-off slope at the front of the hotel. Food: The café serves a good chicken nasi lemak. The curry gravy is rich and flavorful, though it would be better if there were more side dishes to complement the rice. The overall experience helped offset the shortcomings. Value for Money: 3/5 Until another review for the shortcomings are rectified, I will consider other accommodation

Un bel posto per soggiornare, solo a piedi da kipmart, ecoshop e stalle alimentari. La mia TV non aveva alcun segnale, e il secchiere per capelli non funzionava. Spero che possa essere riparato. La pulizia della stanza è soddisfacente, e sicuramente tornerà.

Per il vostro soggiorno eccezionale, il servizio non corrisponde! Se volete vivere la vera ospitalità, non guardate più di questo hotel fantastico. Mentre la proprietà stessa è meravigliosa, ciò che la separa è il fenomenale staff specificamente, Janet e Roen. Janet e Roen sono entrambi eccezionali. Non solo seguire uno script di ospite standard, ma completamente ridefinire il servizio clienti. In un'industria in cui il personale può a volte essere limitato da una cassetta rossa, Janet e Roen sono un respiro di aria fresca. Non hanno paura di rispettare le regole convenzionali quando una situazione lo richiede, prendendo attivamente le cose nelle loro mani per assicurarsi che l'esperienza degli ospiti sia assolutamente insensibile. E' incredibilmente raro trovare persone che sono così profondamente impegnate nella soddisfazione degli ospiti che interverranno personalmente e andranno fuori script per assicurarsi che ogni dettaglio sia curato. Hanno completamente rimosso qualsiasi stress dal nostro soggiorno, anticipando le nostre esigenze prima di dover neppure chiedere. Amazing hotel, amazing service. Kudos a Roen e Janet per aumentare la nostra esperienza e mostrare che vera e potente ospitalità è tutto!
