Tuttavia, il personale del desk front è piuttosto mediocre,stata due notti e richiesto di estendere il checkout tardivo da 1pm a 1pm ma respinto, che vergogna per un cliente fedele a Ritz e non è anche in linea con il marketing globale Ritz “Checkout tardivo” video promozione. 🫣🫣in in tutto questo hotel è medio, il povero bagno ha bisogno di un onere aggiuntivo ¥4000/ppl. E 'vergognoso e sorprendente, abbiamo soggiornato in tutto il mondo un sacco di Ritz Carlton e non abbiamo mai visto una necessità di pagare il canone di bagno 😓😓😑. Per il viaggio di compleanno, è il peggior accordo tra tutti gli altri Ritz Carlton, nessun messaggio di carta bday, nessun semplice decorazione della stanza ecc. Non consigliare questo Ritz tra tutti gli hotel Ritz . Concierge è un buon servizio.

Early check in was not possible but the room is spacious. The amenities in the room are great with a tea set, ironing board, shoe shine and spray that’s great for business travellers. The breakfast was a decent spread with a few nice ones like the Tonkotsu, soba. The onsen was also a highlight, the facilities are great with sauna and multiple shower corners for many people. The location is excellent, just next to the Hakata train station and there are a few pharmacy and convenience stores nearby. The overall ambient of the hotel is nice, clean, and peaceful.

Hotel Dormy has a standard and this Premium location is just slightly higher which is a great budget friendly stay. They offer their standard free ramen, ice cream, yogurt and baths but also offer free soda and coffee. Check-in and out are smooth and easy with kiosk or the staff. The room are typical Japanese style small but they are clean and modern. The location of the hotel is right next to a metro station making it easy to access from the airport or train station. You are walking distance to Yatai's by the water and many tourist destinations as well as easily access all other more distant locations via the metro station outside the hotel door. The public baths are clean and offer an indoor and outdoor section as well as the design is more aesthetic than the typical generic baths of most Dormy's.

Our stay was truly memorable. We had a great time , clean room, great amenities, the service was great and they even gave us complimentary cake as a wedding gift. People are super nice too

The hotel's overall facilities were reasonable. There are minimal options for hot springs, and the water temperature is not sufficiently hot. The breakfast is okay.

We booked 2 nights double rooms with breakfast. The location is walking distance about 8 minutes from Hakata station. On easy flat walk and many convenient stores nearby. There are some eateries nearby if you do not want to walk to Hakata station. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is highly commendable as has a good spread of Japanese food and western food. Salad and fruits are fresh. Plenty varieties. My family enjoyed their breakfast very much. The hotel has self service laundromat at affordable price. I definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Il vantaggio di questo posto è che puoi scegliere se è un club di divertimento o un posto con un semplice stabilimento balneare, e puoi scegliere tra 3 e 6 ore, così puoi svolgere lavori personali come sul tuo laptop per un breve periodo di tempo orario come mostrato in foto.

Good hotel and friendly staff. Onsen available each day from sunset time to midnight. Slightly away from city centre but with convenient and quick access!
