Hotel con spa a Pune

Il personale è amichevole e l'hotel è buono. Ci sono alcuni eccessi ^^ Giusto, non conosco il cibo. La prossima volta che vado in India, rimango. Ho bisogno di un'altra idea.ㅡ.

Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

Fariyas Resort in Lonavala is a gem of a getaway, combining scenic beauty, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality to create a memorable experience. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for.

La stanza è molto vecchia, alcune strutture sono invecchiate.Il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta e ci sono problemi che possono essere risolti in tempo.Il tipo di colazione non è molto, ma è molto delicato, ci sono frutta fornita ogni giorno, fantastico!C'è un parco vicino all'hotel che è molto adatto per fare una passeggiata. In generale, il rapporto di prezzo è buono,  la prossima volta lo userà se hai la possibilità.

Il miglior hotel che abbia vissuto è il primo in cui l'ambiente è buono, l'igiene può anche, anche se c'è un sapore esclusivo dell'India. Le strutture sono buone, la sala fitness è molto buona, il letto è particolarmente comodo! Ma rispetto al servizio, le strutture non valgono la pena di menzionare. La sensazione è che il miglior hotel che abbia mai vissuto e il miglior servizio a cinque stelle della Cina.Molto intimo e molto caldo.Non è la sensazione del cameriere, ma la sensazione della tua famiglia.Molto!

Situazione dell'hotel vicino a MRT (metro), dire 100-150 m passo. Il servizio dell'hotel è veloce (mangiare ordinato per la cena in camera, raggiunto in meno di 20 min ). Globale pulito e pulito. Buona zona di accoglienza. Alimento per il soggiorno di lavoro.

Overall it's good, room is clean except that I have problem using power plug type G (UK) in the room (unable to plug in). Called for room service to request for a converter or extension, room service promise to call back in 10 minutes but there's no feedback at all then. No iron in the room although there's an iron board. I only found it out last minute, I don't have time to request for it as we are in a rush to prepare to check out. Suggest anyone need an iron to request it beforehand upon check-in to the hotel.

We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

Quando finalmente sono arrivato, il personale si è incontrato in modo freddo e sconveniente, che ha dato un tono negativo per tutta la permanenza. Per peggiorare le cose, l'hotel applica rigorosamente una politica ”non cibo esterno”, che si è sentito inutilmente restrittiva e scomoda, soprattutto quando si desidera una flessibilità di base come ospite. In generale, il servizio non era caldo, la comunicazione era frustrante e le politiche hanno reso il soggiorno incomodo, e non rimarrei qui e non posso raccomandarlo a chiunque cercasse una esperienza senza problemi e amichevole.
