L'hotel era pulito e bellissimo. Il personale era amichevole e utile. La signora Kusum era molto gentile e professionale e persino cambiava la stanza secondo le nostre esigenze. Il colazione era con buona diffusione come al solito per gli standard JW. Solo il ritorno, troppo numerosi ospiti. Crowded durante il colazione e lobby erano riempiti di persone a causa di matrimoni e eventi. Altrimenti servizio, servizi e zone di piscina erano tutte bellissime. soddisfatto, nessun rimpianto

Le strutture interne sono relativamente complete, e relativamente nuove, e l'esperienza di soggiorno complessivo è buona. La colazione all'hotel è anche deliziosa.

Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Una cosa strana da passare è che non permettono cibo fuori !!!! i.e Swiggy - Zomato ecc , quindi è chiaro che si deve essere abusati da loro cibo ....se questa politica di questa proprietà allora gentilemente lo hanno postato sul vostro elenco anche - !!!!!!! Tutte le liste sulle piattaforme online dovrebbero essere citate come “NO ALUTO ALL'AMBITO” - non si può tenere i clienti nelle tenebre e dir loro quando arrivano per controllare !!!!!!! Male !!!

We stayed one night in Vivanta Kolkata (30th night). It was a nice and wonderful experience. Room was very comfortable, food in the restaurant was excellent. As a South Indian, I was surprised to get very good tasting curd rice in the restaurant. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant. Front desk staff were very pleasant and they gave good guidance to my wife on where to make sari purchases. All in all, a lovely experience that i definitely would love to repeat!

Well leaded hotel, very convenient place I recently stayed at a hotel in the Golden parkk hotel in heart of Kolkata, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, placing you right in the middle of all the action. The proximity to major attractions and transportation options made exploring the city effortless.
