UUtente anonimoUno dei migliori hotel a Semarang. Se cerchi il miglior servizio e le migliori strutture in città indipendentemente dal prezzo, le migliori opzioni sono Tentrem o Padma. Bello colazione. Bello luogo. Grande piscina. Connesso al Mall ma il mall non offre molto. Non molti locatori.

UUtente ospitelove every part of this hotel, during all my hop on and hop off hotels this past years, this Gumaya hotel has met a good standard in most of aspects, especially the breakfast. im so suprised find hotel that the breakfast food taste delicious in all the stalls (usually will be too salty, too bland or just bleh..) but at gumaya, we are like travelling to each own traditional food restaurant, the authentic gudeg, the very nice lumpia and ikan bandeng, the warm soto ayam semarang and the homemade jamu and juices.
all is excellent.

DDr. Ong SoetantoThis was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait.
They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time.
The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there.
For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived.
Food overall was decent.
One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

KKanaya AndersonWe had a good two-night stay at Novotel Semarang. The service was great—staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast; there was a good variety and everything tasted great.
The only downside is that the hotel feels a little bit old in some areas, but overall it was still a comfortable and pleasant experience.

UUtente ospiteA nice affordable place to stay. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It's located in the middle of the city and you can go to the main attractions easily from the hotel. Also, I like the room service. They clean the room every day. They change the towels and wipe the room clean every day.
The downside is probably just the size of the room. We booked a room for 3 people, and while the room can accommodate 3 people, but it was just too cramped with all our stuffs 🤣 So yeah, the room is small, but everything aside, it was a decent stay!

Mmannus1. 청결도: 오래된 건물 흔적이 보이며 일부가 노후화된 부분이 방치된 곳도 있으며 일부 침구류와 타월이 좀 관리가 안되어있네요.
2.위치: 심팡리마 중심지와 공항에서 가깝고 주변에 쇼핑몰도 있어서 입지면에서 최고임
3. 서비스: 7일 정도 있었는데 그 중 5일 정도 방 청소하시는 분께서 수건, 휴지 등을 안넣어 주시네요. 처음에는 실수이겠지 하고 넘어갔는데 연속 5일을 청소 안하고 넘어가는 모습에 실망감이 크네요. 접수담당자분들께서는 친절하시고 요청하면 바로 대응해주셔서 좋았습니다. 또한, 1층에 상주하시는 직원분들은 대체로 서비스가 좋았으나 룸청소하는 부분에 많이 실망하였습니다.
4. 시설: 위와 마찬가지로 건물이 오래되어 노후화된 곳이 있네요.
5. 결론: 금액 대비 가성비는 좋다고 생각합니다. 지극히 주관적인 부분이니 참고만 하시면 될 것 같습니다.

TTrip_EdoCheck in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.
