UUtente anonimoThe hotel is in a great central location and is lovely. It was clean and really quiet despite there being many other hotel guests. The bed was so comfy. We did report an issue with the kettle to reception in the early evening and the receptionist (I think her name was Sue) did not seem interested and did not rectlfy the problem due to them having a function to deal with. This was not really acceptable and the only thing that let down our stay. All the other staff were excellent. Breakfast was fresh and delicious too.

UUtente anonimoHotel is outdated but location is very good. Double room was very basic, cleanliness could be better and the bathroom was very small. Window overlooking to the other building wall, not entertaining at all. No seating area for two people, only one chair by the desk. Seems more suitable for a single traveler. No parking available, only paid parking nearby. This is definitely a budget type hotel but can serve for one night stay.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è molto nuovo e la camera è pulita. La prima stanza è così fredda e così piccola perché è sul pavimento del tetto. Tuttavia, il personale gentile cambia la stanza per noi. La doccia è moderna ma il flusso d'acqua non è abbastanza forte. Non bevi acqua compiacente nella stanza.Il colazione è buono e pulito.

JJam007The spa was nice, but the bed had bed bugs, and I got bitten. The shower didn’t have a handheld option, and the water pressure was poor.
I checked in at 11 AM, which was fine, but when we returned at 9 PM, I mentioned to the reception that we needed the beds split, but that never happened. The manager came over and started complaining. I reminded him that our request had been confirmed in the morning. He was a bit temperamental at first, but it calmed down when I asked for an extra duvet.

GGolderDue to refurbishment, they were no evening meal and entertainment when we arrived. So we went to the Prince of Wales Hotel and had our evening meal and the entertainment was very good.
The room was very nice at the front view the bed was very comfortable at The Clifton Royal
