Great family hotel located centrally within Southport. It’s right next door to the indoor water park and there’s a Morrisons right next door too which is convenient. Pleasure Land is also a few minute stroll away so the location was perfect for us. The staff are professional and friendly and the room was clean.

Hotel is outdated but location is very good. Double room was very basic, cleanliness could be better and the bathroom was very small. Window overlooking to the other building wall, not entertaining at all. No seating area for two people, only one chair by the desk. Seems more suitable for a single traveler. No parking available, only paid parking nearby. This is definitely a budget type hotel but can serve for one night stay.

We booked a Junior Suite, which was fantastic as we had a wonderful view over the pier and the Marine Lake. It was quiet despite being close to the Funland, We were visiting the Southport Flower show and it was lovely to come back to the room which had plenty of space to relax in. Good choice of foods at breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the Railway Station (we hadn't taken a car) and the shopping area. Service was excellent by all staff who were friendly, and knowledgeable.
