My experience here was really unexpected. The concierge Jemaldin was helpful in making all the arrangements and even accommodating request to change money to pay to the tour company who credit card machine was not working. House keeping kept the rooms clean with loads of water and attentive to request to change flower etc., They do all the hardwork with a smile and I did not forget that. When I went for breakfast and said I had allergies the chef @ Summerfields immediately took action and ensured that I had special food for my breakfast. The group I appreciated the most were the chef and staff at Shaheen. They made me feel so at home even though I was dining alone every night. They serve the best food and are always smiling. They were professional and engaged with the customer ensuring that the food was upto expectations. I am very grateful to them and will always remember them as they went all out to ensure that I was not unattended. In all my travels I never had anyone do this to me. On my last night at the hotel once I have finished my meal and ask for the bill, they were so cute and ask me to sit down instead of walking to the front. Then they switched off the lights and there came out a cake saying “Bon Voyage”. I felt so touched and I would like the management of the hotel to acknowledge their extra efforts and beyond my expectations customer services. Well done people Keep up the good work.

Hello Hayat Regency Management, Overall, my experience was excellent, although I was unable to extend my stay and had to switch to a different hotel. Firstly, I'd like to commend the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. The service provided, both at the restaurant and reception, was exceptional. Additionally, your internet service is among the best in town, which, as a Google Engineer, I can attest to. However, I must address an issue regarding the parking entry, which was quite challenging. Despite the availability of ample parking spaces, the entry point was poorly designed, making it difficult to maneuver in and out. I even sought assistance but unfortunately couldn't find any. I hope this issue can be addressed. Furthermore, there seems to be a communication gap regarding the parking, as those directing customers to the lot should clarify whether it's manageable for new arrivals. It was disappointing to be guided to the parking lot by someone representing Hayat Regency, only to find it inaccessible. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope it contributes to enhancing the overall experience for future guests.

Ho prenotato questo posto perché era molto conveniente. Solo quando sono arrivato ho capito quanto è grande e classico il posto. Non mi aspettavo un grande, spraying hotel di stile esecutivo. Il luogo ha un'aria di gloria perduta da tempo, ma un soggiorno molto benvenuto. Le rug sono indossate, i mobili in foyer un po 'di battito, ma classico e confortevole in tutto. Il personale è fantastico, le aree sono enormi e lussuose, ci sono molti posti per sedersi e rilassarsi, e Ghion dispone di un fantastico ristorante. Un edificio in legno rotondo, di grande dimensione, con tetto alto, circolare, pieno, in una elegante ed elegante costruzione tradizionale etiope. Absolutamente bella, con meravigliosa, autentica cucina etiope a un costo conveniente. La mia unica denuncia è che, come un vecchio con una vista svanita, le camere sono buie, anche con tutte le luci, ancora difficile da leggere, e ci sono voluti alcuni minuti per ottenere acqua dal tubo o dal bacino per iniziare a correre caldo. Eppure, e in un luogo assolutamente magnifico, vale bene il prezzo molto modesto.

Un'esplosione del passato. Certo, l'hotel è un po' in tutto data, ma questo solo aggiunge al fascino e lo fa sentire come un po' di storia. Il personale è ben formato come troverai in Etiopia, le strutture sono grandi (bacino riscaldato!) e il contesto è magnifico.
