Il nuovo hotel, il letto perfetto, i mobili molto bello. Un bicchiere d'acqua, una coca e succo di mela era nel minibar gratuitamente. Tuttavia, 2 km fuori dalla città, ma lo sapevo. Parcheggio in fronte all'hotel. Il colazione era buono, ma era un colazione corona, il che significava che dovevi aspettare il cibo alla tavola. Purtroppo, i camerieri non ci vedevano (stressati?) così dovevamo chiedere due o tre volte per tutto.

DDraftbearTypical Maritim hotel. We stayed in a Family suite which was newly renovated and in the far corner of the hotel. The room had a great view of the river and castle and was quiet, all inclusive mini-bar is also a plus which I think is only for the suites. Downside was the bathroom, blocked showerhead and broken shower rail were fixed as soon as we made the FD aware about it, black mold and fluctuating water temp could not be resolved. don't wash your hands or flush the toilet if your partner is in the shower as the water will run very hot, actually it did if if the other rooms were using the water. We were comped the two days parking to make up for this which accepted. The pool is nice but you walk though the service area to get to is which is a bit disconcerting. This also where the entrance to the car park is. A few things about truth in advertising, the hotel claims 2 restaurants and a bar, in fact is has a buffet restaurant which does a decent breakfast and very limited (as in 3 choices for mains) for dinner. Room service menu seemed more extensive although we didn't order from it not sure why the same is not offered in the 1 and only restaurant. There is no bar! Location is about a 10 min walk from the old town and I suggest you walk along the river as the other route is not the most attractive. Hotel is catered towards conference and bus groups but the prices were fair.

UUtente ospiteWhat a great little hotel! I stayed here for 5 nights in October. My room was good for a single person. It might be a tighter fit for 2. My room was tiny. The bed was quite comfortable, considering others I've slept on in Germany. The pillows were pretty good. a full length mirror, a TV, and a wire rack to hang clothes. I was OK with it because I didn't want to hang out in my room. No coffee maker, no refrigerator. My room was very quiet. The bathroom is one of those that has a shower in the corner. Not a separate shower. The floor gets wet no matter how you hard you try. The curtain just isn't big enough. Another annoyance. The bathroom light was on automatic, so if you rose in the middle of the night to use it (jet lag anyone)? the light turns on automatically super bright, like those at a football stadium. It's hard to resume sleep after that. Breakfast was included and it was a pretty good selection. The usual Euro fare, meats, cheese, etc. lots of bread, eggs, bacon, and a wide selection of cereals. There is a bar there, though small and they will cook a decent burger or quick food upon request. The Hotel is very new and clean. A younger crowd stays there, but it's not uncomfortable if you're older. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. They spoke English well and I heard other languages also. It is within walking distance of the Old Town although its a longer walk so be prepared. Lots of restaurants and other things to do and see are also within walking distance. Wurzburg is a beautiful city and you could do a lot worse than the Moxy.

I had read good reviews when we booked a stay in this hotel to visit Würzburg. When we arrived we had a bad experience during check-in where the receptionist asked me to fill a piece of paper with personal details. While I was filling out the form, he let another guy do the same. No problem, I’m perfectly fine with this. As I had finished filling out the papers, for some reason he asked me to wait until the other guy had finished his papers so that he could finish his check-in. Quite strange and not a very good service as both he and I knew I arrived at the front desk first. After this we asked where to park. Parking at their facility coat an additionally EUR 24 per day. The rooms are nice, not interesting at all but comfortable. As standard as a hotel room gets. The breakfast buffet is very good and is recommended if you stay here. The bar is tiny. The receptionist seems run by a staff that seems more like students than real hotel receptionist and it is lacking a bit of professionalism in my opinion. All in all not a bad hotel but I would have expected a lot more co spidering that the hotel is in the higher end of the normal price range. I was disappointed for the price paid.

Molto buono

Grattacielo albergo di grandi dimensioni a non grande distanza dal centro. Camere abbastanza grandi, pulitissime, un po' claustrofobiche per la mancanza di finestre apribili. Colazione con grande scelta di vivande. Ascensori mal programmati che costringono talvolta a lunghe attese. Consigliato a chi vuole ammirare le meraviglie del Tiepolo (20 minuti a piedi).

UUtente ospiteHotel excelente, quarto espaço, limpo, super confortável. Café da manhã delicioso. Atendimento muito bom. Não é no centro, mas tem ônibus super fácil e próximo para a estação de trem. Tem um restaurante do lado do hotel que é muito gostoso. Recomendo.

UUtente ospiteBeh, un ostello doveva essere il peggio del mio viaggio. Vorrei solo che non fosse stato abbastanza cattivo. Potrei parlare delle loro pratiche commerciali decedutive. Potrei parlare del servizio clienti orribile. Potrei parlare del prezzo orribile. Invece dico solo questo. Come a terra un ostello apre la loro ricezione solo tra le 6 e le 8? Lei ha letteralmente due ore dove è permesso di check-in. Il vostro treno arriva alle 4? Fortuna difficile, devo aspettare. Ha avuto un ritardo e arrivato alle 8:30? Grazie per i soldi, ma non dormi qui. Non hanno nemmeno un numero di telefono se uno dei loro ospiti attuali ha un problema. Perso la chiave o qualcuno ha rubato la tua borsa a metà della notte? Buona fortuna a trovare un banco per dormire. Dicono che è per colpa, ma colpa esiste in tutta Europa. Sono tutti gli altri ostelli in Europa anche chiusi alle 8? Certo, non lo pensavano. La realtà è che questo è perché il manager è un skate a basso prezzo con zero rispetto per i loro ospiti.

UUtente ospiteLe zie e le signorine alla reception sono molto gentili, pazienti ed entusiaste! La camera è molto pulita, buona anche l'insonorizzazione. È molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze e il cibo da asporto è veloce. È solo che Internet a volte non funziona bene, fa un po' freddo in inverno e non mi sembra che il riscaldamento sia sufficiente. Il check-out e il check-in sono molto veloci, molto buoni
