多次入住酒店酒店地理位置好，交通都方便。服務熱情周到，前台接待服務態度很好，服務很細緻，尤其是hhhrr 小姐姐的服務讓人心情愉悦必須給個贊！大堂明亮，高大上，感覺還是很不錯的，房間比較大，乾淨整潔，該有的都有！房間有什麼需要送到物品的話客房中心的工作人員效率也很快，基本上五分鐘之內就送過來房間面積大衞生到位設備很新而且齊全酒店的空調特別好，房間裏已經去特別暖和，跟夏天沒什麼區別對酒店本身評分絕對滿分，酒店還很適合辦公，裏面有個很具設計感的大桌子，高度適中，無論是辦公授課，都很方便，我篩選很久才發現的。下次來西寧還是會選擇入住該酒店，很贊！

Le camere del Sofitel erano spaziose, moderne e improvvisamente pulite, e mi ha colpito soprattutto l’attenzione sui dettagli della progettazione e degli attrezzi della camera, creando un ambiente accogliente e invitante. Il letto confortevole garantì un sonno tranquillo e la camera da bagno ben attrezzata offre tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Le opzioni di cena dell'hotel sono state altrettanto impressionanti. Il ristorante sul posto ha servito una vasta gamma di deliziose cucine locali e internazionali. Il buffet del colazione è stato particolarmente impressionante, offrendo una generosa selezione di piatti per soddisfare tutti i gusti. Ho anche goduto di cena al bar dell'hotel. Uno dei punti di vista della mia permanenza è stato l'attenzione e la vera cura mostrata dal personale dell'hotel, che si sono continuamente al di sopra e al di là per assicurare il mio comfort e la mia soddisfazione durante tutta la mia permanenza.

Great Service at the Sebel Serviced Apartment. Last time we asked for support since the room was very warm at night. This time they immediately brought some fans and humidifier to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast buffet is great as always and the staff fast, kind and helpful. We can highly recommend it.

JJamesHarrisInizierò dicendo che la camera e il bagno erano ben progettati, il personale era amichevole e utile e il colazione era delizioso. Tuttavia, mentre la stanza era in generale pulita, quando ho lasciato qualcosa che poi si svolse sotto un'unità adatta, mi dispiaceva di vedere la polvere e la fibbia sotto. Evidentemente non era stata pulita per...bene... mai? Apprezzo che queste aree non siano pulite come le parti più visibili della stanza, ma per un hotel a cinque stelle questo è inaccettabile. Non mi aspetto di trovare tessuti sporchi e un strato di polvere e sporco in qualsiasi parte della mia stanza. Ma la parte più grave del mio soggiorno era l’incapacità di controllare la temperatura nella stanza, che era così calda che, nonostante il comodo letto, e tutto quello che dovevo andare con esso, non potevo dormire. Non mi aspetto che ciò avvenga in un hotel a cinque stelle (e non l'ho mai vissuto altro che qui e in un altro hotel Wanda a Hohot), io paghi per il lusso; controllare la temperatura della camera è un requisito fondamentale che posso fare anche in un dormello a 50 yuan per notte. Quando ho chiesto al personale al ricevimento la mattina seguente ho ricevuto il messaggio che il AC non sarebbe disponibile fino al 15 aprile perché «it’s cold outside». In primo luogo, non dormo fuori, dormo all'interno, sul 22° piano, dove è solo freddo, e non menzionare che è stato aprile, non gennaio, anche a Xining non è così freddo. In secondo luogo, in un hotel a cinque stelle, in qualità di ospite pagante, è mia responsabilità decidere se è caldo o freddo, non l'hotel. Per questo motivo, quanto la camera, il personale e la colazione siano stati, non mi fermerò di nuovo. Ho controllato e mi sono trasferito alla Hilton, dove potevo controllare la temperatura della stanza e riuscivo a dormire... in generale, qual è l'intero punto di un hotel.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'Hotel Boli Yabu è molto conveniente. Ci sono molti negozi intorno. Quando arrivammo, abbiamo ricevuto un benvenuto molto caldo dalla receptionista Xiao Yang. Ci ha aiutato con l'iscrizione e ci ha mostrato la stanza. Abbiamo anche un aggiornamento gratuito alla stanza con una bella vista. La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole.Abbiamo un snack di benvenuto gratuito e alcuni frutti. Sicuramente consigliamo l'hotel e prenotalo di nuovo quando torneremo a Xining.

UUtente ospiteHighly recommend guys! The room is as good as expected, clean, chic and a lot of space. And the location is on point. A large underground parking lot for free parking. And it is right next to the railway station. It could be a bit noisy if u let the window open but if it is closed, it is perfectly fine. Self-laundry for free ( including washing detergent). Super friendly and helpful staff. We are very happy about the staying. ☺️

Tthe_wanderlust_jellyWas told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

SSusan LouiseWe are travelling through Gansu & Sichuan and I booked the Mercure as a couple of nights for my husbands birthday. The first room we got was OK, a little shabby and not the cleanest but a nice bed and sofa and the aircon seemed good. My husband took a shower for all of 30 seconds and the bathroom, corridor and toilet completely flooded. So we moved rooms. The next room didn't flood but the aircon was pretty feeble and the toilet cubicle smelled. We didn't complain, having already moved once. This room was an over all improvement. The breakfast was pretty miserable, no coffee and mostly Chinese dishes. I had expected more from a western brand but nevermind, we ordered coffee and food to the room. Plus points - The staff are very nice and friendly, they accommodated us on the new room and gave us some treats as an apology. The bus to Kumbum Monastery is directly across from the hotel and you can arrive there in 45 mins, public bus number 909, 4¥. Starts at 6:30am. The breakfast is OK. There is a free laundry room, we did lots of laundry and it dried over night. We stayed in a non smoking room and it really was non smoking which is rare for China. It smelt fresh and the bedding and towels did not smell of smoke. There were however people smoking everywhere else in the hotel which seems quite common expecially in this province. Overall, I would stay here again but I think the price is a little high for the offering in comparison to some Chinese brands in the city.

HHenrionDourcyThis is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!

Bbebou around the worldWe found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry. I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend. All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.
