Visiting Jiangyin, the city I once called home. The hotel is pretty great, and time be honest quite price friendly. The breakfast is hand down one of the best ever with its variety. Very Close to Phoenix park, and my beloved Bridge Coffee

I gave the hotel 4 stars for location and facilities because many people would prefer to be closer to the city center. For me, the location was perfect. Second, the air conditioning did not work. Otherwise, a wonderful place from which to operate. Walking distance to a nice park, restaurants, and the international convention center. Thumbs up.

This hotel is located near the factory I was visiting. Across the road are a couple of convenience stores, with Wanda plaza being a few blocks away and we didn't manage to visit. We did walk a block away to a local grocery store where we picked up some local treats and even stumbled across a good korean BBQ restaurant. The hotel itself - pros: I liked the room I was assigned, it was very clean, had a bowl of fruit, 2 bottles of water, teas and coffee, desk to work on, spacious bathroom and it didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast had lots of variety and was good/decent quality. We were entertained upstairs in a private function room with a 15 course dinner, which was excellent - service, quality of food and display of the food. I didn't use any of the other facilities so cannot comment. Cons: The mattress is VERY firm. They allow smoking in the hotel, so the lobby wasn't pleasant if people decided to have a smoke. Thankfully my room did not smell of cigarettes, although there was an ashtray and matches.

My butler was Lisa, and she was very helpful and responsive. One area for improvement is that there were quite a few mosquitoes 🦟 inside the room. My daughter was bitten all over and is still suffering. We had to buy topical medication today to treat the bites. If the hotel could kindly remind guests in advance about the mosquito situation, we might have come prepared and avoided the bites altogether. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this stay.
