From booking to check-out Quattro exceeded my expectations. My husband and I booked a Tranquility Stay that included a Spa Treatment, in-room wine and dinner at Vinotecca; all services on-site making it feel like a resort. Check-in time worked perfectly for our Spa appointment and they allowed us to choose our own dinner reservation time ensuring we wouldn't be rushed from the Spa. Quattro desk and housekeeping staff were courteous and both made sure we knew how to get around the Hotel with ease. It is a large Hotel and Conference Centre but wayfinding signs were easily followed. The Greenhouse Spa staff welcomed us warmly. My husband had his first ever massage and will go again. Vinotecca staff were also kind and efficient. The restaurant was full this night but our server delivered exemplary service never forgetting about us but also giving us enough space to enjoy our date night. Menu options were unique and offered variety. We were pleased with the quality of the seafood options we selected. We are already planning our next staycation at Quattro.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione e le strutture erano grandi, ma quasi ogni aspetto del viaggio era frustrato dalle politiche di prenotazione dell'hotel e dal manager del desk front. Ho chiamato e fu detto che avevo bisogno di prenotare il “member rate” (dato che sono membro di Marriot Bonvoy e hanno la loro applicazione) per usare la mia carta regalo. Questo tasso era $60 peggio che prepagare sull’app e $89 peggio che trip.com. Considering they already have the money from the gift card you’d think they would have a way to use it while booking on their app or via the phone, not gouge you for the worst possible rate. Poi, mentre abbiamo prenotato una ”camera di vista sull'acqua”, non una ”camera di vista sull'acqua parziale” e pagato in più, le foto mostrano la nostra bella vista su un impianto d'acciaio, parcheggio, centro e vista sull'acqua parziale se si camminava giu' alla finestra e guardava in un angolo acuto. Ho chiamato due giorni prima e ho chiesto un check-in precoce e mi sono detto alle 1:00. Quando sono arrivato la nostra stanza non era pronta. La direzione (R****) era estremamente rude e si comportava in modo confuso, come se non capisse, ma sembrava capire e non voleva fare nulla.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed for three nights in a king size suite. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel is close to a busy road but we heard very little noise at night. Gym was good and well equipped. Breakfast was also good with eggs, bacon, bagels etc. Hotel is close to Walmart Supercentre and other large stores. My only gripe was the laundry. One washing machine and dryer. Cost $1.75 each. I had to hunt around for some coins in the end Reception came to my aid but it would be good if these were free, such a small amount of money when you consider our total bill was $800+. Apart from that all good.

We had high hopes that we'd have a cute little cabin for our stay, but it was closer to one of those cabins that you see in horror movies. The bathroom was moudly and musty, to the point that we had to keep the door shut to avoid smelling it. When we turned on the bathroom fan it got even worse, there were ants in the bathroom, and there was potpourri in there to try to hide the smell. Cupboards in the bathroom and kitchen were hanging crookedly, there was no hot water for showering - you only had a few seconds of hot water before the heater shut off. There wasn't a plug for the bathroom sink, so we had to stuff a wash cloth in the drain to try and do a light wash in the sink (since showers weren't an option with no hot water). The sinks in the bathroom and kitchen were rust stained and so was the stove. The curtains had burn marks, the fridge had a burned out light, it was missing a front step (that should have been our first clue how bad things were going to be 😶). The towels were stained, the couch was stained, the flooring was stained, the carpet was stained, the kettle was stained, the internet kicked in and out, etc. Some of these are only little things, but all together they add up to show how little care is put into maintaining this place. The only good thing I can say is that the beds were comfy and the roof didn't leak. If you're thinking of staying here, DON'T! It is way too expensive and you can get a much nicer stay almost anywhere else.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at this hotel, which was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience of my life as a frequent global traveler. From the moment we arrived, we encountered unprofessional staff throughout the hotel, including reception and restaurants. Our rooms lacked basic amenities such as pencils, paper, and adequate toiletries, setting the tone for a subpar stay. Our experience with the restaurant staff was particularly distressing. We ordered six lunch boxes for our train journey the next day, only to witness during breakfast that one of your staff members clumsily dropped some of the boxes on the floor while transporting them on a trolley. To our horror, she picked up the spilled contents and placed them back in the boxes. When we opened the boxes on the train, we discovered that the items we ordered were missing or replaced with something else, leaving my guests with health issues hungry for 10 hours. Upon returning to the hotel, we brought this incident to the attention of the reception manager, and the Food and Beverage Manager, who offered a half-hearted apology, citing that the hotel was busy and failed to inform us of the shortages. We were assured that the cost of the lunch boxes would be waived. Kimberly at the reception showed me a handwritten note confirming this, but when I checked out the next morning, the charges were still present and the receptionist was not aware of the situation. After multiple phone calls and assurances from Kim and others, not only the charges were not removed, rather replaced by unauthorized transactions again this morning totaling $42 per room on my visa. This chaotic and embarrassing experience was compounded by the loss of my wife's long coat, which she left in the lobby during check out. Despite claims that the staff were looking for it, we have yet to hear back. The cumulative effect of these issues has left me incredulous and seeking immediate resolution.
