Abbiamo avuto una camera molto buona con molta camera e comoda letto. Ci è una luce automatica nella camera da bagno che sembrava andare avanti e indietro come era piacevole! Avevamo un servizio di pulizia quotidiana. Eravamo sul pavimento e a volte era un po' rumoroso. Il personale della reception era misto, molto amichevole o molto freddo verso di voi. La colazione era standard per questo tipo di hotel. Ampio parcheggio (con un senzatetto che viveva nella sua auto nel parcheggio ma non si preoccupava di nessuno). Tesla stazione di carico in parte del parco auto che è diventato molto occupato. Buona vicinanza a ristoranti e negozi e vicino alla strada principale. Short drive to Scott Road Sky train station che è stato utile.

Molto buono

MMac BI stayed for about eight nights on two different occasions in March and April. The first in March was good - on the third floor facing the carpark which was the quietest side of the hotel. The staff on the whole were pleasant and helpful and rooms were taken care of when the notices were placed on the door. The second visit in April - not so much. I was on the ground floor, on the carpark side again but right by the entrance. Rooms were not serviced very well, restocking was hit and miss and bed making was minimal. The room above had very squeaky floorboards (or whatever they are) and disturbed my sleep. The curtains kept coming off the track and I couldn't close them properly - maintenance came and fixed them twice and then I sort of gave up. The room was fairly shabby but expected I suppose for a hotel. The most annoying thing was that hockey players were staying and gathered under the entrance canopy to drink and smoke. Each time they got louder and louder and in the end were shouting at the top of their voices, right outside my room. The last night it was horrendous and I tried to call reception to complain but there was no answer. Reception staff in the morning said I should have come out and rung the bell - something I was not prepared to do because the people were drunk. Apparently the last crowd in a limousine playing loud music at past midnight were not guests of the hotel but had been picked up from there.

Molto buono

I was only in for 2 nights, but I am full of regret. The room next to the Breakfast room: 1. you have to walk the whole length of the building, because of issues with the key fob this helped me skip leg day. 2. The SMELLS! If you are queasy when you smell old kitchen grease, ask to be moved the second you find out they've stuck you here. 3. The NOISE started at 5am, kitchen staff just doing their job. But they moved something heavy that shook my bed from the vibrations in the floor. There was so much noise as everyone clamors in for that free breakfast all morning. You know folks with kids, it was like they were next to me. Let me move on to the couple with two young boys in the hot tub at 8pm, eating junk food. I told the staff, next day still not cleaned up. Know how I know, gummy bears. The boys melted the gummies on the tiles. Parents didn't clean it up, staff didn't clean it after I told them. The water was gross, but the gummies almost made me laugh because I have been working so long (non-stop for months) I just wanted to relax for a bit and life goes NOPE!! I got in anyway on the second day out of hopelessness, went to the front desk afterwards to complain. Is it ever clean, probably not. Long shower after that I wasn't going to write a bad review. However, Best Western auto-email spam kept reminding me to write a review. Your wish is my command!

UUtente ospiteIl personale frontale era amichevole, la stanza era pulita e tranquilla, e il colazione era ben pensato. La posizione è buona per la sposta, e il nostro veicolo era sicuro nel parcheggio. Abbiamo aspettato di usare la piscina la prossima volta.
