Great hotel, great location. I think it is the best hotel in Padang for sure. Great breakfast with western breads and pastries. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Only removing 1 star for service as staff did not want to give us some empty plates to have birthday cake in our room? We didn't think it was an unreasonable request!
My checked in and checked out was handled by Ms Putri and it was smooth. Kudos to the housekeeping staff who made up my room. It was always perfectly refreshed when I am back to the room. Food served during breakfast was delicious and staffs were attentive and giving great service. Overall an enjoyable stay and definite thumbs up.Recommeded place to stay while in Padang.
Tutto bene tranne per il ricevitore/personale. Non amichevole, devi chiamare molte volte per chiedere ferro. Conseguente di ottenere ma ferro non funziona bene 😅1st giorno check-in, richiedere un letto/tovaglio extra ma niente lasciato al massimo, devi aspettare il giorno successivo. Santika Padang molto meglio di BktTinggi.
I have booked the room for my friend who just got married. I asked the Trip.com team to check with them either they can provide any bed decoration for the couple. They have said they will do something, but it was nothing. Following up with the Trip.com but the hotel team didnt give any response. I even ready to pay for any extra. Or at least if they can't do anything with bed decoration at least a decor/folding towel also would be good. But it was nothing at all.
Good location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.
Its an old building with molds in the rooms and bathrooms. I believed it used to be a high rating hotels, considering the grand entrance etc. Rooms are spacious but the amenities are not consistent. We booked 3 rooms in total (same room type). One does not have a sofa, one does not a have the small chiller.
However the services are great with helpful receptionists and bellboys.
E' davvero freddo, la cena è deliziosa, le camere sono tempeste, il personale è davvero eccellente, io darò una valutazione di 5 per il personale,
Vorrei solo che il parco motore fosse coperto in modo che non fosse più caldo.

HhonggoQueste viste sono le migliori. ma il servizio è un po ' lento. Abbiamo arrivo all'hotel a 1.30 PM e controlla, ma il ricevitore ci dice la stanza non è ancora pronta. aspettiamo circa 1 ora e mezza finché non possiamo entrare nella nostra stanza. ma sopra tutto questo hotel è buono.
UUtente ospiteVery strategic place as it is super near to Jam Gadang, only couple of minutes walking distance. The staffs are nice and friendly and super helpful. Theres only 1 small lift, and it is taking forever on the lift waiting as the limit is only 5 person to be in the lift. May need to improve on the pest control as theres an incident when my nephew had a cockroach resting on his shirt (out of nowhere) while he was walking. May also need to consider the room’s air freshener (they are using coffee smell type?)

RRannieSE'molto bene. Ma non mi piace davvero la stanza oscura. Ci sono 2 bolle. Chiamerò quel servizio alle 6:00, sono tornati direttamente a controllare e sono tornati con nuove bolle alle 9:00. Forse il sostituzione non era disponibile a quel tempo. Ma perché i miei figli dormivano in quel momento, lo cancello.
